Newly restored to it's 1920 grandeur, this free standing carriage house can sleep 4 in the lower apartment . (The upstairs sleeps 4 as well.) Easy walk to Balboa Park and San Diego's finest restaurants. Located between downtown and Hillcrest. As photos show, no expense spared!

The Carriage House, comprised of two separate rentable units, combines the best of both worlds—location and amenities. Its tranquil courtyard creates a quiet oasis in the center of Park West, San Diego's hippest neighborhood, adjacent to Balboa Park. The Carriage House lower unit offers two bedroom and two bath retreats. In deference to our neighbors, the space is never rented for parties. 2 night minimum on weekends. 11.05% occupancy tax included.
