The Space:
PLEASE NOTE that although the listing photos include shots of the entire apartment complex, featuring the front units with a direct view of the ocean, your unit does not have a direct ocean view. However, you are still just a few steps away from the beach and boardwalk.

This efficiently designed studio boasts modern appliances and thoughtful amenities, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. Special features include a luxurious bathtub and direct beachfront access, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Please note! The bathtub jets are currently not working. We apologize for the inconvenience. The bathtub is deep, so not ideal for those with limited mobility.

The outside patio is available for all guests staying at the complex to enjoy, as well as the propane grill. This is shared among the complex.

A space heater is provided for your comfort.

Guest Access:
Experience hassle-free access with our digital lock system. This studio is exclusively yours during your stay, with no access restrictions.

Parking on the street is available, but there is NO designated parking spot for your unit. Please note that Mission Bay can get quite busy, so parking may be difficult to find at times. It is the nature of the beach front area.

Your studio apartment is located on the second floor of the complex, and requires using the stairs.

A great couple getaway space

Very thoughtfully appointed, and the cabinets are well labeled to find what you need quickly. The bed is comfy, but it does lie very low to the ground. The jetted tub is wonderful, and the beach gear helped us get the most out of our stay. It's hard to overstate how convenient the location is. A few steps from the beach, and a couple mins walk to stores, amusements, and a variety of food options.

The studio was nice, but the tub was a bit difficult to get in to. The shower head did not spray well and never got warm, major let down. The hide a way bed is very heavy, so bringing down and up is a work out. Older people and small people would have a hard time with it. There is nowhere to put your suitcase, except on the floor in the bathroom. Could use a bench in there for that purpose !

Beautiful seaside retreat

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment! The location is perfect (literally ten steps to the beach), and the room, while small, was completely stocked with everything I needed for my stay: a cozy Murphy bed, a comfortable couch, an ample kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a carefree getaway to Mission Beach in San Diego!

Retreat

I was using my time as a retreat and felt that this was a wonderful place for that. I actually spent most of my time in the condo although walks along the beach were good too.
