Welcome to Good Life Vacation Rental Resort! Fully renovated to hotel standards and re-opened during summer 2022 with ada access, comfy mattresses and an incredible 2000 sq ft beach lobby. The Hawaiian Lo.ft and Sun Cott.age combo was designed to host large groups comfortably.

Guest Access:

Here’s everything you need to know for your stay! On your arrival day, we’ll send the Arrival Instructions & Rental Access Codes directly to your email. You can also find all the details on check-in, room upgrades, and more in your 'Guest App'—we’ll send you access instructions before you arrive.



The Neighborhood:

Very close to downtown (~$8-15 Uber), our vacation rental is located in a commercial neighborhood. Our 40,000 square foot resort includes 10 vacation rentals and no direct neighbors. This will allow you to host your friends and have a great time. This is a low income neighborhood, with our property located on a primary road with address: 3209 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92102.



Getting Around:

8 minute Uber downtown

12 minute Uber to airport or Coronado

15-20 minute Uber to Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach

Our company, Good Life Resorts, invites you to enjoy your trip. Whether its for business, family get togethers, or groups of friends, we want to make your trip memorable.



We’re always making improvements to our spaces. Please note that features may differ slightly from what’s pictured. On-site tours can be requested. Thank you.



Neighborhood is mostly commercial with a few residential homes on the street.



Beach Lobby is a shared space for all resort guests to enjoy. As private events may occur, please review our event schedule or make a reservation for your group in one of our 4 event spaces.



If you have questions, please ask before making a reservation. We have a variety of layouts and rentals and want to ensure you select the perfect rental for your group.



GoodLifeResorts is not accepting parties through Airbnb. Max guests on the Airbnb platform is 16. If you have more than 16 guests or want to host an event, other platforms and sites will be able to handle such inquiries.



IDENTIFICATION: Please note that as a legal hotel, we are required to confirm your identification. The easiest way is for you to upload a copy of your ID into our welcome software. This link will be provided to you and when completed, it will unlock the wifi, entry code, parking details.



Interaction with Guests:

Good Life Resorts offers privacy to your group and customer service as needed. We have a large network of contractors and service professionals available during your stay for repairs and requests. Although each rental on site is private, there may be some contact with other guests staying at the resort, no more than a standard hotel, and each rental has a private code unique to their listing.

As a guest of Family Retreat with 11BR 26 Beds, you'll find a fitness centre, barbecue grills, and an arcade/games room. Family Retreat with 11BR 26 Beds also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
