The hotel is older but I was ok with that. But the shower did not work when we got there. I was allowed to shower in another room. The parking charges were outrageous... when i should have only been charged twice i was charged more and more .otherwise the hotel was amazing. The ppl were very helpful it was jus a bad issue with parking

The hotel is extremely nice; The personal staff was very helpful, breakfast was awesome and our room was super clean. However given the area dirtiness and attractiveness to drug addicted people I won’t say I stay here next time. I’m hesitant to give less than 5 starts to the hotel because it’s not its fault being in the area. There are plenty of other areas to stay at the way better then Gaslamp.

Stayed here with the love of my life for our 2 year anniversary. Absolutely love this hotel! It’s so gorgeous and the amenities are wonderful. The only downside is that there’s no parking onsite, BUT I was able to pay for overnight parking for 2 nights at a nearby lot for only $30 total using SpotHero. (In/out privileges included!) Will definitely stay here again! Love the design, the security of the hotel (they have guards that stay at the front door or in the lobby and the door itself is locked and only hotel staff/guests have access.) The drinks were delightful! Fernando served us our welcome drinks (whiskey on the rocks & Italian Paloma) and we enjoyed them in the lovely lounge. The breakfast was so delicious and they had so many options! The attendants were busy and kept the space clean and the stations full. 🙂‍↕️ thank you to Luis and Hanaidy! Our hotel room was very comfortable and clean! The tv was playing ambient music. Thank you for your hospitality! ♥️ We’re looking forward to next time! 🐅🐒

Unique Hotel Stay

When we first arrived I was taken back to the beautiful front view, full of plants and a door man who was nice and inviting. As soon as you walk in it smelled so good. It felt homey and inviting. The doorman took my luggage to our room. When the elevator doors opened I was taken back by the unique decor. Loved everything about this Hotel and will definitely recommend to everyone.

The stay was great, the amenities were more than what I’ve seen in other hotels. My only drawback was the parking, it is too expensive and me being solo, not familiar with the area, I felt this was my only option to pay the 65 dollars.

Great hotel. Loved my stay. I would suggest having more larger tables available during breakfast as it was quite difficult to sit on low chairs with side tables to eat. Only detractor for the area was quite a lot of unhoused people around outside at night, which didn’t feel super safe.
