It would be nice if you notify the parking charge before instead of once be in the hotel and also 3 pm check in is very late at least make it around noon. Other than that you service is fantastic

Overall the property was ok, but we faced multiple issues: 1) My request for a crib was not honored. 2) Even though we had small kids we were given upstairs rooms. Our group kept getting complaints about kids running around and disturbing guests downstairs. 3) One of our friends spotted a cockroach in the property. 4) we had an issue with water leak from the basin that was immediately fixed.
