Our beautiful beach townhouse is just a 1 minute walk to Pacific Beach’s golden sand and sparkling waves.

Stroll along the iconic boardwalk that connects Pacific Beach and Mission Beach in the morning with a coffee, relax with your favorite book on the beach, or step out to admire a breathtaking San Diego sunset from the best viewpoints in PB.

THE SPACE
Our 1,390 square foot townhouse offers modern comfort across two levels.

The first floor welcomes you with an open-concept living space, featuring living and dining areas that flow seamlessly into a well-appointed kitchen. Cook up a nice dinner while chatting with friends and family at the bar counter, or opt to BBQ on the grill located on the quaint balcony.

Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom - perfect for privacy and convenience. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed, a spacious walk in closet and a TV for all your cozy movie nights.

The second bedroom has two full-sized beds - perfect for friends, kids or just a more spacious sleep!

The laundry area is also located on the second floor, equipped with a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The entire home is climate-controlled with air conditioning, ensuring your comfort year-round!

LOCATION
Our townhouse is ideally located west of Mission Blvd, just a 1-minute walk to the beach!

You'll be steps away from the famous 2.5-mile boardwalk that connects Pacific Beach and Mission Beach, perfect for morning walks or sunset strolls. We are also a stone’s throw from Crystal Pier as well as the gorgeous Bird Rock area - reach out for our favorite walk with gorgeous ocean views and “secret”little beaches!

The neighborhood offers endless possibilities for activities - from surfing and paddleboarding to beach side yoga to shopping to simply lounging on the sand with a good book.

You're also just a short drive from attractions like La Jolla's tidepools, Belmont Park, SeaWorld, Little Italy and the San Diego Zoo. We’re happy to share all of our favorite greater San Diego recommendations!

DINING
For food enthusiasts, you're in the right spot! You’ll be within walking distance of some of this area’s best restaurants.

Our local favorites include Taco Surf, Kono's, Duck Dive, Tower 23, and The Patio. For great coffee, check out Better Buzz, Palmy’s Cafe or the new Trident Coffee!

PARKING
Our townhouse comes with a garage that comfortably fits one standard-sized vehicle.

Additional street parking is available nearby, though it can be limited during peak seasons.

BEACH EQUIPMENT
No need to pack bulky beach gear - we've got you covered!

The townhouse comes equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, so you can start enjoying the sand and surf right away.

GUEST ACCESS
We use a self check-in system for your convenience. We’ll send you access codes for the front door and garage the day of arrival.

PET FRIENDLY
We're delighted to welcome your four-legged family members!

The beach right outside our door is dog-friendly during morning and evening hours - perfect for sunset walks or early morning adventures. We'd be happy to share our favorite pet-friendly spots around San Diego, from dog parks to pet-friendly cafes.

Our pet fee is $40/night.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Our town-house has stairs!

You’ll walk up a flight of stairs from the front door/garage area to access the first floor, and another flight of stairs to access the bedrooms.

We are a no smoking property, we really appreciate you not smoking inside of the townhouse.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Please avoid excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties
