Sijaitsee Mission Beachin sydämessä, josta on uskomattomat näkymät Tyynellemerelle näkymät kuuluisalle rantatielle.

Tämä 2 tason 3 makuuhuoneen ja 2. 5 kylpy tilava koti on täydellinen loma lomallesi. Nauti kauniista näkymistä omalla 3. kerroksen valtameren edessä olevalla parvekkeella. Sekä itään päin oleva parveke pois makuuhuoneesta, josta on näkymät kaupungin valoille ja Mission Baylle.

Astuessasi kotiin 2. kerroksesta löydät (2) makuuhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa on queen-size-vuode, johon liittyy täysi jack n jill-kylpyhuone. Erillinen pesutupa, jossa täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, on myös saatavana.

Kolmannen kerroksen suuri huone tarjoaa upeat näkymät merelle ja auringonlaskuun olohuoneesta, ruokailutilasta ja keittiöstä. Se on täysin varustettu gourmet-keittiö, jossa on graniittitasot, travertiinilattiat ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Ruokapöydässä on istumapaikkoja (6) ja ylimääräisiä (4) baarituolit keittiön tiskin varrella. Master-sviitti, joka sijaitsee myös 3. kerroksessa, tarjoaa queen-size-vuode ja suuri sviitissä. Vierailla on pääsy ½-kylpyyn myös kolmannen kerroksen oleskelutilan salista.

Koti sijaitsee 3. kerroksessa ja 2. kerroksen takaosassa. Pysäköi tandem-autotallissa, mukaan lukien kauko-avaaja, josta pääsee suoraan hissiin kotiin.

The floors we not clean. Walked in the door, took our shoes off and within minutes of walking up stairs our feet were filthy. None of the windows or window tracks were cleaned. I personally cleaned the outside patio windows when we got there- there were smudge marks all over

Nice view, other places we have rented in the past have TV's in every room, this rental did not so my kids had to play games on the main television. Also I thought it advertised that it had an elevator and it did but it was locked,i wasnt happy about that, I have a hurt foot so 2 flights of steep stairs was really hard on my body. The other thing was there were no beach towels, in the past we brought towels with us but every rental has had them so we didnt think we had to bring them. We had to buy them each towel was 26.00! I was greatful they were on sale for 12.00 but still we had to spend money on beach towels we have to many of at home. Otherwise it was in the middle part of the beach so we had lots of choices of where to go to get coffee, drinks and dinner.

The house had an amazing location but the overall cleanliness was disappointing. There were a lot of issue with the downstairs electrics cutting out often and then turning back on 30 minutes later.

Great view but the place needs some help

The view and location of this property is great. However, the place, with some needed attention and polish, could be immensely improved. There were broken dishes and glasses, the towels were terrible, no bed skirts, sand everywhere, clothes washer was broken, door key pad sticks making it difficult/time consuming to come and go, the couch is uncomfortable, BBQ was terrible, screen door was broken, 1/2 bath toilet runs incessantly unless flipped up, vents and hardware in bathrooms are dirty and rusted, crappy silverware and utensils in the kitchen, no tea/water kettle, and there is an awful table and plant on the back patio. The plastic plant should go in the garbage. With some minor improvement this place could be so much more comfortable and enjoyable for guests.

Great location

Location is tough to beat. Wonderful views of pacific sunsets from the deck and lots of restaurants within a 10 minute ish walk. Some of the furniture is worn and the unit needed a deep cleaning. Lots of stairs and we couldn’t get the elevator to work. The garage is very narrow and access is difficult from the narrow one way street.

Very convenient, but no a/c unit

The property is very convenient, a little outdated and make sure you read full description. There is no a/c and downstairs is very hot! The outside patio had hairballs everywhere. We had to wash all utensils because they were dirty.

Great location, needs a refresh!

You can't beat the location. It is Ocean Front! However, it smelled heavily of bleach when we walked in (that is a bad sign for me) so much so that we opened the windows and turned on the ceiling fans throughout the house before we left for dinner. It is VERY worn down. Furniture, appliances, trim, walls, all are in need of being painted/repaired/replaced. Seems to be a hodgepodge of items, especially in the kitchen. Thankfully it was not hot weather because I noticed as I was hanging up my clothes in the closet that the fans were old, layered in dust. My overall thoughts were that they don't have to try too hard to keep it nice because it's ocean front on Mission Beach in San Diego, it will rent! Will try a different place if we ever go back.

Location is great!

Although we loved the location of this property and had a great time, we did observe many maintenance issues such as towel racks coming off of the walls, ice dispenser trim coming out of the front of the refrigerator. The elevator is scary and we were not able to get it to work right so after the first attempt, we never got in it again. It just need some maintenance and upkeep and it could be an amazing place!

Perfect View!

Celebrated my 50th Birthday with girlfriends here, we loved every minute of it. Great view, easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Walked for coffee in the morning and to the liquor store in the evenings to enjoy drinks on the deck. Will return.
