The Neighborhood:
Ocean Beach is a charming neighborhood with plenty of walkable shops and eateries. Don't forget to check out the ice cream shop on your way to the pier! There are plenty of beautiful homes to fawn over in your neighborhood. And getting around it a breeze either by foot, bike, or car. Parking is limited in "downtown" O.B. so just plan to park and walk if you have a specific destination.
Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around San Diego. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car
Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome with prior approval (no cats) and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow Airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
