They charged me 20$ to check in 1hour early even though the room was ready. It is not about the money but the feeling of being nickel and dime.

Overall stay was good wished the rooftop had a better view no view at all. The room was great the bedding was amazing The kitchen was fully equipped with pot and pans, dishes and silverware. The washer and dryer was great its a steam dryer so fyi dose take a while to dry and wash clothes. Order from the cloud 9 deli it was delicious! The staff was great super kind! I love that it had great access to public transportation!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sentral Gaslamp Quarter overall and would definitely recommend it. The staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, and definitely a 5-star experience. The building itself is modern, safe, and very walkable to restaurants and attractions. The room was beautiful, spacious, and had more of a studio apartment vibe, which I loved. That said, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of a few small issues. Cleanliness could be better; I found a couple strands of hair on my towel and bed, which was disappointing. The gym is convenient but on the smaller side and doesn’t have a wide range of equipment. Also, I could hear noise from the room next to me late at night, which made it harder to sleep. Still, the overall experience was great, and with a little improvement on cleanliness and soundproofing, it would easily be a 5-star stay.

Good area for young people. A lot of bars in the area. Very busy traffic and you can hear it into the hotel room. Nice patio area but no furniture to sit out and relax. No pool, hit tub or restaurant
