El Dorado Ranch condo 33-3

Condo 333 is a stunning two-level San Felipe Vacation Rental in El Dorado Ranch offering all you need for the perfect vacation. The upper level features gorgeous furnishings in the great room with a 42-inch flat-screen TV, a dining table seating six, and a half bath. The kitchen includes fabulous granite countertops, a double oven, and an electric stove top with direct access to a spacious deck with a BBQ grill.

The master suite on the upper level has a king bed, dresser with TV, and a master bathroom with a bubble bath tub, shower, and double sink vanity. On the lower level are two good-sized queen bedrooms, each with private baths, plus a second living room with a flat-screen TV and a patio accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. The 2-car attached garage with remote control makes entry and exit easy. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests with 6 pool passes only (children 12 and under free).

Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival.

Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit required. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar — consider our mountain side homes where ATVs are welcome.

Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

Not what we reserved

We had specifically reserved a condo with a family room area so two of our group would have a private place to sleep. When we stopped at the first of our three check-in spots (highly inconvenient), we were told our original condo had a water leak and we would be moved to another condo that was the same. There was only one living area so two of our group had to sleep right in the middle of the activity. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable, however. I feel we should be compensated for some of this.
