Pool Side El Dorado Ranch Rental Condo #37-3

San Felipe vacation rental villa.

Step inside your new home for a few days, week or a little longer and you are welcomed into modern living retreat.  Floors throughout the villa are made of travertine.  A short flight stairs down and you are in the first floor living room.  Along with comfortable chairs, there's a flat screen TV. 

Two (Bedroom one and bedroom two) of the three bedrooms in this rental villa are on the first floor and accessed from the living room.  Bedroom one and bedroom two each have a queen bed. Both bedrooms have individual doors which open up to an outdoor wraparound patio.  Completing the first floor is a shower-bath combo with his-and-her sink.

A grand master bedroom is on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool.  This bedroom comes with a private bathroom. Bathroom has independent bathtub, shower and his-and-has sink.  Master bedroom has a generous walk-in closet.

A second living room on second floor, with sectional couch and coffee table is always a good place to chill out as its right across from the kitchen. Grabbing a few drinks from the GE side-by-side stainless steal refrigerator couldn't be easier.  Kitchen is accessorized with pots, pans, silverware, etc.

Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
Resort will only issue 6 adult pool passes.
Children 12 and under do not need pool pass!!

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

MONTHLY RENTALS: Utilities are extra.  A $400 utility deposit is added to reservation amount.  This goes to pay the last month's bill.  The difference is returned to you.

NOTE:   Off road vehicles are no longer permitted in this community. Excepiton is for race participants. 

Pool Side El Dorado Ranch Rental Condo #37-3 offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
