Lovely Loft over Tuscany

Lovely Tuscan countryside views visible in the distance from our apartment windows! Very tastefully decorated. We had a nice comfortable stay overall. Still fresh from reno as in the photos but showing some wear and in need of a bit of maintenance and attention to updating some instructions and soft furnishings. No dryer instructions though every other appliance instructions were available. Parking and the grocery store is available at the opposite end so be prepared to walk at least 10-15 minutes. However that should be expected if staying in a car free zone. We had a bit of trouble finding the secluded lockbox (our gps was fritzing) but the contact host number was answered right away and they were able to provide direction instantly. Contact with staff was regular and quick . The one thing that was a constant source of irritation was that you have to remove your recycling, garbage and compost from the apartment to LOCKED bins and the card provided did not work. Ultimately we had to dispose of our garbage in the public bins and leave the recycling bagged for pick up by the bins. A simple fix was to provide a card that worked. An example of some small detail left unattended. Property management was advised and they said they would attend to these details so if looked after, it would be a lovely apartment to stay at on your Tuscan adventure!

Perfect getaway

Great apartment in a great location. Everything was terrific. Love San Gimignano and all it has to offer. Just when you think you have tried every restaurant, you find a hidden gem on a side street. Great experience. Would recommend it to anyone.

Like walking into a European Romance!

What an amazing little property, and an amazing host that worked with us and all of our unique requests. The property is at the top of the hill and does have some additional steps in order to get to the flat, but you have your walking shoes on. We loved the comfortable couch and watching shows with the windows open and hearing the bells ring or the people downstairs talking in the cafe. The amenities are great and work well, once you learn a little Italian or just press buttons. They even had provided a single US Convertor, which was nice but not needed. My only advice is to provide a simple book of things they would encourage you to visit and see, places they like to eat and what shops they might recommend in the city. Overall I hope we get the chance to come back and visit this magical little town in the heart of Tuscany.

Cozy and amazing loft in a Magical city!

Central location, amazing views, quite zone, sparking clean and well distributed small apartment! We could see some of the famous towers, small plaza, beautiful trees and singing birds from our three windows. Ann was extremely nice and helpful, she gave us all the best tips to enjoy San Gimignano. Highly recommended!
