Hello! We are Adriano and Natalia and we will be happy to meet you, your family and friends and even your pet and to host you all together in our guesthouse “Residence La Roggia”. Welcome to the Alps!
Your home for your holiday in the Dolomites is tidy and clean. It is located in the center of Val di Fassa and is very convenient for your breathtaking summer hiking ortrekking in the mountains, panoramic walks, the most beautiful skiing on perfect alpine slopes and spectacular mountain bike rides.

Our 8 apartments will let you have the freedom to live your holiday in the mountains as you like, they guarantee you privacy and the comfort of a real home where there is space for everyone, even for your suitcases. Here you will have a genuine contact with Val di Fassa and will experience the life like the real locals. And we will be at your disposal to advise you the best places to visit and to suggest you the activities to do.

The apartment is 40 m² with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom is perfect for 2-4 persons . It has 2 balconies with panoramic view on the mountains Cima 11 e Cima 12. The furniture in the apartment is in typical cozy mountain style to make you feel at home even if you are away from home.

• 400 mt. from ski area Catinaccio, 900 mt. from ski area Buffaure connected with a new cable way to the slopes of Sellaronda e Dolomiti Superski (450 km of slopes).
• 50 mt from the house there is a big and picturesque cross-country ring ( illuminated in the evenings) and Marcialonga trail, the most famous cross country race in Italy, that can be passed in both directions to Canazei and to Moena.
• 50 mt from the house there is bus and skibus stops to get to various villages and skilifs/cable ways of Val di Fassa.
• 400 mt a big and sunny baby park for children with music, animation, bar and playground in the winter and in the summer. In the winter here is as well a skilift and a mini-slope for the beginners.
• 1 km to a new Thermal center QC Terme Dolomiti in the village of Pozza and 15 min driving to aqua park of Canazei.
• Right next to our Residence there is the Dolomites Cycling Route and a quiet walk promenade along the river Avisio that connects the towns of Val di Fassa.
• At 300-400 meters you will find the lifts and shuttle buses for easy access to some of the most famous and scenic sites of the Dolomites (summer hiking): the Rosengarten group with its majestic Vajolet Towers, the Valley of San Nicolò that is the right place for families and finally the historical mountain hut Gardeccia that is the starting point for excursions to some of the most classic trekking tours.

Tourist tax: € 1.50 per person per night from 14 years for a maximum of 10 nights to be paid on the spot.
Warranty of € 100,00 for each apartment as security of order in the apartment. The warranty will be returned to you after verification of apartment on the departure day. The apartment must be left in order, without garbage, nothing must be broken or damaged. Cooking corner, kitchenware and dishes must be clean.
