With all these attractions, amenities and the perfect view along with the fact that Las Mananitas is located beachfront, makes the resort an unforgettable experience for friends and family when visiting Los Cabos.

Spacious condominium (over 1500 sq ft) has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6) 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King-size bed and adjoining master spa bathroom, while the second bedroom includes two Queen-size beds, large bathroom and a panoramic view. There is an extra laundry room, large living room perfect for gathering and a huge terrace (over 500 sq ft) facing the panoramic Ocean vista and a tropical garden inviting you for an endless walk on the Costa Azul beach.From our terrace( 4th floor) you can enjoy watching migration of whales, a pad of dolphins and a flock of pelicans. This Ocean front complex is located just 5 min walk to the Shopping Center with First class food market( La Comer), restaurants and even Starbucks.

Amenities: 4 swimming pools, beautiful landscaping, Jacuzzis, Swim-Up bar, plus grilling stations, outdoor dining sets, tennis courts, gym- fitness center, two pickle courts, basketball hoop and 24 hour security makes for a comfortable and memorable stay in this beachfront resort.


The big local market ( La Comer) is 450 meters from the complex. There is also other shops, places to eat there and even a Starbucks.

First good restaurant is 250 meters from the complex.

Touching the Sand is 60 meters from the condo.

Great Location, Amazing Views, Private Patio

Three of us had a wonderful stay. Everything about the condo is perfect. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked but the best part is the views from the large covered patio. with lots of seating choices, we spent many an hour on the private deck watching the sunrises and whales. The beach is a short walk across the property from the unit which is in the building closest to the road. Grocery shopping, restaurants and access to local Urbano are within walking distance. We used Uber which was cheap and efficient. Take in all that San Jose Del Cabo has to offer from your home away from home! Thanks Antoni for the amazing hospitality! One note - this unit is close to the highway and you can hear traffic.

Great spot

Great unit overall. Very responsive owner and property manager.Very well stocked with kitchen appliances, supplies, spices/oils etc.Very easy access to grocery store across the street and many pools on property.I personally prefer lower level units with kids as we're in and out of the pool all day however for adults without children the 3rd and 4th floor are ideal for a nicer view of the ocean.

Great Views. Fantastic stay.

This unit is in the Las Mañanitas resort, which is right on the beach. The unit is in the phase of the resort that’s closest to the entrance. We could see whales breaching from the balcony. Magical.

This condo was not dirty, dirty per say. But needs a good spring cleaning, especially kitchen cupboards. The owner needs to explain more detail on getting into the condo. Only gave me number for keypad but did not explain how to turn what knob to actually get in. The owner needs to give more instruction, example, what to do with dirty towels when leaving, a map of buildings, and a map of area with local restaurants. Would be of great help. But loved the quietness of the complex and people staying their were very nice. Close to grocery store.
