Villa Paraiso is a true beachfront estate located within the gated Punta Bella community in Palmilla Sur, offering uninterrupted views of the Sea of Cortez, direct access to a swimmable cove, and a setting designed for privacy, comfort, and connection to the ocean.

Positioned along the shoreline, the home combines classic Mediterranean architecture with warm, timeless detailing—arched openings, cantera stone columns, custom woodwork, and curated furnishings that create a sense of character and scale. Expansive windows and open living areas frame the ocean from throughout the home, while the layout allows guests to gather comfortably or spread out across multiple indoor and outdoor spaces.

The main living and dining areas open directly to the terrace, creating a natural flow between the interior and the oceanfront setting. A dedicated billiards room with bar also connects to the terrace, offering an additional space for entertaining. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a large central island, with both indoor and outdoor dining areas positioned to take in the view.

The villa offers six well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for groups traveling together. Select suites enjoy ocean-facing views or direct terrace access, while others offer a quieter, more secluded setting.

Outdoors, the multi-level terrace is the centerpiece of the home. The infinity-edge pool includes swim-up seating, an integrated jacuzzi, and signature dolphin fountains overlooking the beach below. A private staircase leads directly to the beach and swimmable cove—one of the most valuable and increasingly rare features in Los Cabos. At the shoreline, guests have access to a pergola, cabana, and lounge chairs, extending the living experience all the way to the sand.
