The primary guest must be the signing renter and remain at the property for the duration of the stay. The maximum occupancy of the property is 8 guests, and this limit is strictly enforced.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful home that is well decorated, with a stunning patio/ pool area with incredible views. Johel was extremely responsive and helpful, from organizing a boat day, to a chef to come in and cook, to general questions about the villa and the town. The clubhouse was also a great touch - just a quick 3 minute walk from the villa - which had a full gym, a restaurant to grab breakfast, lunch and drinks, and another beautiful pool if you wanted a change of scenery.Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, centrally located place to stay in San Jose del Cabo!

Excellent Property

This home was absolutely amazing! It’s a new build and everything in the home was excellent, from location, furnishing, dishes, and bedding! The beds are extremely comfortable. The only downside is that there’s still homes being built around the property so you can hear construction noises throughout the day. They don’t usually start until after 8am so it’s not a biggie, we still slept like babies. The property manager Johel was very nice and gave us step by step directions to the home. They had lots of snacks, drinks, even cold alcoholic drinks waiting for us when we checked-in! Highly recommend this home… the only other problem was that we didn’t want to leave!!!! :)
