- Booking & Age Requirements: To help preserve a relaxed, respectful, and non-party environment, all reservations must include at least one primary guest who is 25 years of age or older. The primary guest must be the signing renter and remain at the property for the duration of the stay. The maximum occupancy of the property is 8 guests, and this limit is strictly enforced.
- Strict No-Smoking Policy: To ensure the property remains immaculate for everyone, a strict no-smoking policy is enforced both indoors and outdoors. Violation of this policy carries a $500 USD penalty.
- Villa Policies: To protect the high-end finishes of the home, pets are not allowed on-site.
