Enjoy all that trendy Barrio Escalante has to offer in this spacious and beautifully designed 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo on the 16th floor of URBN Escalante, an innovative tower project in the best part of San Jose.

This space was designed to accommodate people looking to fully enjoy their time in the capital of Costa Rica. Whether you’re traveling to or from a national park, a beach, or a volcano; or if you’re looking for a vibrant, creative, and comfortable space to work that has great WiFi – “URBN Murals y Más” has all the unique amenities you need during your stay.

Speaking of unique! We are proud to have created a space for artists to embellish. The condo is filled with art. The murals and floors were hand painted by local artist and muralist, Sebastian Ayala (@ayala_muralist) and his team of “Tico” artists. The locally-sourced wood tables (@maderasdelreventazon) and tin light fixtures (Regalos Del Nilo) are also handmade by local artisans here in San Jose. This space strives to be a love letter to Barrio Escalante and Costa Rica.

Taking advantage of the interior space is only part of the Barrio Escalante experience. After you book, we will send you a list of places that we recommend to eat, drink, and explore during your time in one of our favorite places in the country. The apartment is walking distance from Costa Rica’s most prestigious film cinema, perfectly maintained parks, museums, delicious restaurants, loads of local art, and bars to accomodate any vibe.
