The breakfast was great but the pull out bed was bad! Just bad. We were a family of 4 with a room with 1 full bed and 1 pullout which was supposed to be good for 4 in total but the pullout was the worst thing I have ever seen in any marriot. We were there just to crash for 1 night and we had reached late at night so didn’t have energy to ask about such bad pullout. We couldn’t sleep well on it throughout the night and it gave body aches the next day. Staff and cleanliness and breakfast was all great. We didn’t complain about the pullout as we were anyway checking out the next morning but my son and I couldn’t sleep well on the pullout bed! For that taking away 2 stars.

En una habitación separada para un cliente (608) se hizo un check in a las 10:00 pm con toda la normalidad y a las 2:30 am estaban llamando a su habitación porque había un problema con la tarjeta de crédito con la que se había realizado el pago . Increíble que no se tenga sentido común y esperar por la mañana para que pudieran resolver …

Very thin walls, you hear everything from the room above and to the sides Asked to book a shuttle to Jaco at the desk , they told I could not and needed to book in San Jose central. I did and did the pickup downtown, and then the shuttle stopped directly at the hotel on the way to pick up other guests. Really unhelpful desk staff

Room was OK. It smelled faintly of mold but seemed clean. The TV was mediocre at best and many channels were static. Hot water took about five minutes to get to the shower, The bed was comfortable. The front desk group was good. I arranged for a taxi to the airport for 4am. I was in the lobby at 3:30 so asked if the taxi could come earlier. He said no problem. At 4am, I heard him on the phone with the taxi which told him he'd be there at 4:10. They were charging me $30 for a ten minute ride. I checked Uber, 3 minutes away and $10. I took the Uber I doubt I'll stay here again, althought he price point was decent.
