The representative at check-in was so helpful, selecting a great room, arranging airport transportation, and even ordering a to-go breakfast because we had an early flight. Room was clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was very good. Hearing highway noise was the only downside, but not bad. I would recommend this hotel.

We gave the 'area around the property' a 3 because we were not sure what was around us! Part of that is our ignorance yet as guests we would think it woulb be helpful if you provided a map of the area around you and were to go on foot or by vehicle. The staff at this property was very kind. This hotel was the first meal we had in Costa Rica and every meal after going around we’d find ourselves comparing it to the rice and beans from the breakfast option. Yummy options for breakfast. Nice pool area. Liked it so much we stayed twice. I will say the walls are thin and feel like you can hear everything. Also keep in mind no elevators. Other than that I’d stay here a third time!
