Lobby bar restaurant food was delicious. Nice hot showers and clean rooms. Walking distance to a supermarket and many eateries. We did the afternoon city tour with Hector arranged by the excursion desk at the hotel. Hector was very knowledgeable and took us to eat at a typical Costa Rican restaurant. I had the beef stew and it was delicious. My friends had the stew. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Front desk gave warm cookies everyday and arranged a hotel shuttle at 4am even though it usually starts at 4am. Loved our stay. Did the chocolate making excursion too which we booked online. There is lots of traffic during rush hour so plan ahead. Easy to book ubers.

This property was truly wonderful. The staff made it the best - Angie, Alejandro, Alex, David. They made this week very special. I highly recommend the indigenous hike, a meal in the nest, the nocturnal tour and the canyoneering. We were with friends - we were two adult women and two 1; year old daughters. We felt so safe and loved every minute!
