We stayed at this property for almost 6 days and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.Upon arrival, the kitchen was visibly dirty. Dishes in the cupboards still had food residue on them, and kitchen towels had hardened food debris as if they had been used and put away unwashed. The kitchen floors were also extremely dirty—our children’s feet turned black shortly after walking on them.The second bedroom, which we had included in our reservation, was not prepared. The bed was unmade and we had to locate and put on sheets ourselves. The pillows and pillow protectors had large yellow stains, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness.Basic items such as a trash can and trash bags were missing. The outdoor patio area was unusable due to dirt, leaves, and even a loose glass light bulb left on one of the chairs.Additionally, the listing advertised a jetted jacuzzi tub, but this feature was not present.We did reach out to the host, who initially apologized and said they would make it right, but communication became very limited and the promised resolution (including refunding the cleaning fee) was not honored.We chose to stay due to the difficulty of relocating a family of five on short notice, but the condition of the property and lack of follow-through made this a frustrating experience. I would recommend confirming details carefully before booking.
