Fronts desk personnel lack customer service. Two days at different times i tried calling front desk, room service and or anyone at all . No one answers goes to voicemail. Had to go in person to order room service at front desk. Next day same issue. Buffet is over priced for what they offer at $49.00 Usd. Heavy set front desk girl morning shift curly hair is rude

It’s important that someone at your front desk speaks English at all times. A guest like myself should not be frustrated because there was no one at the desk who speaks English when I call. Need to work on that!

The staff was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time out of the country and they made it feel like a home away from home. The only thing that could be better is the pool area of stairs is just there. No bar tenders and area can be maintained little better. Once they fix they it will be perfect
