The lobby was beautiful and the staff was awesome but the room was very rusty. The lamps and chairs was rusty and the pool was not that clean. Our refrigerator was not clean either.

Our stay at this property was comfortable, room was cleaned daily a plus, and the 24 hour front desk staff were professional, our luggage was held until check in. A drawback was parking daily $25 fee, the discount meal tickets were for lunch and dinner only, the pool was not heated and closed at 11pm, and there is no jacuzzi.

This was my second time staying at this location in San Juan. It’s close to everything including the beach in the back. The staff is very attentive and friendly and helpful. This hotel was very clean as well. Spotless clean! The amenities in the hotel are cool too. Rooftop bar and pool. Another bar downstairs when you come in. A mini store by the entrance as well. Overall i had another great time. And will be coming back for a third soon!

The price of the hotel was too expensive for the lack of amenities it has. There’s also a $50 charge each day of your stay that goes towards the dining experience and the store inside the hotel which my only problem with that is the fee does not include breakfast, only lunch and dinner. My room had an old smell to it as well as the hotel itself is a bit dated. I will say the staff was nice and pleasant which made my stay ok but the hotel overall I will never stay there again.. Ever
