The property is very conveniently located to stores, restaurants, shopping, and it’s directly on the beach. It is very clean. The apartment was comfortable for two people. The bed was comfy also. Something odd: We were not to flush anything down the toilet except human waste, meaning ALL toilet paper went in the trash. We found this to be true throughout PR. Not something us Americans appreciated very much. The apartment overlooks the side road but has a very clear view of the beach, just as the picture shows. We felt very safe there. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. The beach is clean. Watch out for Iguanas! We received our check-in information the day of check-in. There was a slight miscommunication of the address. The host overlooked sending us the complete address of the property, and due to the language barrier it caused the slightest inconvenience for us and our grouchy, impatient taxi driver. But other than this mishap, everything was great! The host was very attentive to all of our questions. We highly recommend this property.

The condo was updated, comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed the view and being able to hear the waves. It’s located in an area with lots going on - walkable to many restaurants. Super convenient to the airport. Not far from San Juan and Old San Juan. Host was very helpful . I highly recommend this unit.

Felt like home but better

This was a very pleasant stay. The place was very clean and just felt like home. Loved how close and easy it was to get to the beach. Loved how easy it was to keep in communication with the property manager and how she sent me links to activities without me asking. So great and kind of her. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Quick getaway

Took a quick getaway with my daughter. Had a great time. Place was just what we needed. A few steps from the pool and beach. Just the right amount of space we needed. Will definitely come back again.

Great location and wonderful apartment

My wife and I had a wonderful five night stay at Saribel's apartment. The proximity to the beach was fantastic...walking out there every morning and being able to rent a large umbrella and loungers was so easy and inexpensive. The apartment is so clean with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities you could need. This was our third trip to San Juan and when we return, we will definitely look to rebook this apartment!

A great weekend escape

Sanibal’s place was beautiful - exactly as pictured. The location was great - easy beach access and a great pool and easy to catch a cab, Uber, or bus to Condado or Old San Juan. Sanibal was extremely responsive and very nice. There is a small generator in case the power goes out. We would love to stay here again.

Unit is just the right size for a couple - Unit was clean and had all the necessary utensils for light cooking etc., The Condo is older than some it's neighboring condos but, as mentioned unit itself was clean and upgraded inside. Condo is located and nestled amongst hotels and within walking distance to plenty of authentic PR restaurants, grocery store, fast-food etc.,You can't beat the price for the location as condo sits directly on the beach, with access to the pool. We had a wonderful time and communication with our host, Saribel was on point, had no issues with check-in / check-out instructions. **I do want to mention that, the online description does indicate there is a deck/patio space but, please note it is only a standing-room 'landing' - not a true deck/patio for a table / chairs. Otherwise, all was great!!

Overall the location was great and the place was clean. The bed was a queen not a king and set low to the ground. The host was responsive but was a little irritated because I had to ask for the check in instructions and it was after 3 to check In before I received the information.
