I really liked this hotel! I was nervous about it because it was such a good price that I thought it was too good to be true—but our room was great! It was clean and perfect for our family of 5. There was a washer and dryer in our room, along with a fridge, stovetop, and dishwasher. Great pool and super easy beach access right off the pool.

Pool area and beach were very nice. Hotel and rooms need updating, carpeting, curtains etc. not a big deal. Towels are given only at request even if old towels are taken which is weird, however even after multiple requests they weren’t given until going down to the front desk to get it yourself. You have to pay for parking daily and pool lounge chairs and umbrella and even for a floaty donut which i think is ridiculous. All that considered we still had a great time. Not sure if i would return.

My daughters had to sleep w no pillows the first night. It took 20 minutes for us to find someone to check us in. I told them the time we would be here and the number thats at the desk to call is not in service. There was a dirty qtip on the couch that my daughters had to sleep on and hair everywhere. It wasnt what we expected at all.

Multi-level large pool shared with Embassy Hotel, cool & clean each morning (with more people using pool busy days pool water not as clear in afternoon & eve, needed attention); lobby being remodeled with marble tile, modern furniture & lighting; rooms could use same they’re old looking, metal trim rusty, grouting very old needs replacing as does old tiles. Can’t close drains in sinks; musty smelling cupboards outside of bathroom, any clothing we hung up got damp and musty (when got home had to wash all clothing hung there even if we didn’t wear it and had to use odor remover spray on cloth suitcase to eliminate moldy smell). First room they’vesafe didn’t work, security couldn’t fix, desk staff immediately found another room for us & gave us an hour later check out for inconvenience (after asked for something in returns). Refrigerator had foul odor, stank awful and the door lock broken on glass door out to patio. Baby roaches on floor in bathroom & kitchen counters… gross,

Great family resort on private beach!

My granddaughter have a great time and the administration were able to accommodate us on the first floor as we wished due to having wheelchair access. It’s a beautiful resort, very safe for children because of private beach without strong waves. Rooms have kitchen facilities and service is cordial and professional.

Resort is under construction The front desk area was difficult to avoid construction elevator breakdowns had to walk steps to get out of building. Besides tha had a wonderful stay. The breakfast price should be included.
