We were pleasantly surprised to find it had a roof top terrace, as well as an upper game room. The grounds were pretty, pools were very nice and one was even heated. Appreciated the private beach.

This was a beautiful condominium that offered lots of space, was nicely kept, and offered several extras! The game room was very nice and offered lots of fun for all ages! We loved the outside balcony space with a beautiful view that's perfect for relaxing and entertaining!

Family of 7 in 3 bedroom 2 bath. Checked in late (9PM) due to car rental line (Avis) and dinner service (island time!!). Room had not been cleaned. Contacted Alonso, who responded immediately. Gave us access to another room while this one was cleaned. The maid and her husband (not the one who hadn’t done her job) left a party to take care of our room. Things like this happen and Alonso and his staff stepped up to rectify. Excellent service. Property is about 20 years old, looks like the pictures. Undergoing cosmetic (paint) renovations at this time. Grounds are well kept, pool was always clean. Animals seen on property included a nest of green parrots, iguanas, and lots of stray dogs and cats. No restaurant or vending machines on site. A few markets close by. Must bring toileteries including toilet paper and at very least bottled water. Location was great for our plans, about 30 min from San Juan, El Yunque, Laguna Grande Fajardo (bioluminescent, look it up) and many beaches. Neighborhood was generally quiet. RECAP: Alonso was courteous, had excellent communication and quickly resolved any issues. Staff were all polite and professional. Property was well managed.

Beach accessible property with access to private beach, calm and quiet with multiple swimming pool options. The property is family-friendly and safe. The unit we stayed (2nd floor) was nice and clean. However, the property owner can clearly indicate what is included so families staying can plan accordingly. Wish they had kept some coffee pods so we can make coffee. We had to do a grocery run to get coffee and other items including toiletries, soap and shampoo since staying for a week, we typically run of the toiletries provided. Nevertheless I will stay again. This property is around 30-35 minutes drive from San Juan downtown, hence be prepared for the commute if you like to explore the city or dine out. A car/SUV is a must for commutes since there is not much transportation options (including Ubers) available in this location. My host was wonderful, communicated well and was able to help me if I reached out using text. Excellent place and would love to visit again.

This property was not what I booked. The photos in the booking had a roof top terrace, and spiral staircase. It also had two bunk bed rooms, none of which we had. The beds were uncomfortable. The conditions of the house were very poor. The air conditioner in one room smelled like mold, we had to shut it off it was so bad. There was mold on the walls in the laundry room. There was no soap or shampoo and conditioner, we had to buy more toilet paper. There was also no laundry soap. The front door did not have an actual handle on it so that was very unsafe. The pools were very nice and the beach access was convenient. I booked this house based on the photos and it was not at all what was portrayed in the pictures.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Aquatika. The complex itself is fantastic, featuring five beautiful pools and convenient private access to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The apartment was spotless, well maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exactly as described. The security staff truly stood out—they were kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about the area. They offered great local recommendations and went above and beyond when our flight change unexpectedly stranded us on the island. They coordinated with the landlord to allow us to check in a few hours early at no extra charge, which made a stressful situation much easier. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The pools were beautiful and relaxing, making them perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The apartment was well-decorated and clean. Everything was super convenient—just 15 minutes away, we found a great outlet mall in Canóvanas that features K1 indoor racing, an arcade, Golden Corral, and Popeyes. Right across the street, there’s a Walmart Supercenter plaza that includes Walgreens, Marshalls, Burger King, and KFC, among others, so we never had to go far for shopping or dining. Old San Juan was only about 45 minutes away, and both Google Maps and Apple Maps made navigating easy. Renting a car was definitely the best choice since everything was just a short, scenic drive away. We truly enjoyed our stay—I’m extremely picky, and I will definitely go back! 🌴🏊‍♀️🚗
