LIVING ROOM: The living designed and great for having your morning coffee to plan your day. Has futton- sofabed for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. You may choose to open the sliding doors to take advantage of the breeze. This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation. The dining table can fit up to 2 people comfortably.

KITCHEN: kitchennette is equipped with all the necessities including a top stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and of course wine glasses, dinner, and silverware. Perfect to cook your basic meals.

ACCOMMODATIONS- BEDROOM: Your room is equipped with a queen-size bed, nightstands, dresser., closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with a bathtub.

CONDO ACCESS: The building offers great facilities for the enjoyment of the residents. 24-hour security and a lobby area make the building very private and safe. There are two separate pools, one for adults and one for children. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a tennis and basketball court. A kiddie playground is right next to the gazebo areas that lead out to the beach. Coin laundry in the ground area and one assigned parking space

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no washcloth) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited and including hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. CVS is close by.

LOCATION: The major tourist area of Puerto Rico is Isla Verde. Adjacent to the international airport, Isla Verde is home to some of the finest hotels in Puerto Rico. A number of these hotels offer both upscale casinos and a wide variety of internationally known restaurants that run the gamut from steak houses to Sushi to gourmet cuisine. There is always something going on at the Isla Verde Beach. Here you find every sort of beach toy and facility imaginable. Windsurfing, parasailing, kayaks – whatever you can think of along with beach-side restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Just off the beach, you will find small shopping centers, lots of fast-food eateries, car rentals, tour offices, and most other tourist services. The bus stop is just in front, the taxi line just next or you can use the UBER
