I should have read reviews. Room very small, old and not very functional ( not even a towel rack in bathroom and a choice between freezing cold or extreme hot water). No elevator and stairs very steep in narrow walk way ... not easy to carry luggage. We stayed for one night because location was in between cruise terminal and airport. The only positive things I can say is that front desk lady very nice and there was a small ootside area to escape the tiny and gloomy room. Would not stay again.

It wasn’t really clean. I’m not sure if the room got cleaned before I arrived. Besides that I needed to switch my room in because in the first room you couldn’t close the windows. It was already very loud in the morning because there were some workers in the garden. The staff and service was nice though. Very friendly people.

I like that the hotel is close to so many places to eat. Close to a few pharmacy's that sell everything you could possibly need. The front desk staff was really nice. I also like that you have to be buzzed into the building you can not just walk in. I loved the room we had on the 4th floor with a big patio and a kitchenette. I did not like that they only gave us 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels for 2 people. I also didn't like that the deadbolt lock on the doir didn't work. The room only had a bedroom style lock to lockthw door. When we called for another washcloth we were told that they weren't sure if they had any. Good thing we travel with our own stuff. We only stayed one night. Overall it wasn't that bad and I would definitely stay there again. Oh and they dont have an elevator so be prepared if you have heavy luggage.

The place need total renovation. And a new clean crew the tv and remote had throw up. I didnt sleep well because the place skeeve me out. It was for one nightso i didnt mind not sleeping cause i was going to the beach where i slept well. Will never visit that place ever.

hotel condition is really pour, hardware is terrible, not comfortable, we met roaches in the room. customer service is excellent, they tried their best to serve us during our stay.
