Great view and the apartment is very comfortable. Our host had the basics available in the bathroom, and there was even coffee in the kitchen! The view out the 14th floor windows just can’t be beat. The building itself is a bit shabby, and it helps to have a car if you want to go anywhere but the beach next to the condo. There is a big grocery store and a Walgreen’s a short distance away, and the beach town of Luquillo, with a variety of restaurants, is a tad further. Bring (or buy) some bug repellant if you find yourself susceptible to bites — I got eaten alive though my spouse was untouched! (This has happened before haha!)

We loved it here. Just spent 12 days and it was the perfect space for my husband and I. The condo has everything you need and is in a great location. We never needed to call the host for anything because everything was set up clearly for check in and check out. Thank you for letting us enjoy your space and all of the beauty of Puerto Rico. We had an amazing time staying in Jer’s spot. Check-in was easy and the property felt very safe. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a beach vacation. The beach view is incredible. It’s close to luquillo beach which has lots of spots to eat and drink. Playa azul beach can also be accessed from the property which we loved. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Luquillo.

Building was not as nice as pictures make it seem. Pool had limited hours and wasn't open when should have been. Hard to get around and to park in neighborhoods around it. Host was very unresponsive...he never responded to one of my questions and I had to reach out to him the day of our arrival to get entry information.
