Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Puerto Rico. Our goal is for every guest to feel relaxed, comfortable, and create unforgettable memories while staying with us.
To ensure this experience for all guests and to remain in compliance with the community, the following rules are strictly enforced and must be followed at all times.
🚨 RULE ENFORCEMENT & FINES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
All rules are clearly communicated in multiple areas of this listing, including the description and additional information sections.
By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to follow all rules outlined below.
➡️ Any fines issued by the HOA or community due to guest actions will be charged to the guest.
➡️ Fines typically range from $100 to $250 per occurrence
🏊♂️ POOL ACCESS (STRICTLY CONTROLLED)
• Access is limited to 1 designated pool only
• Guests MUST notify us in advance before using the pool
• Access must be coordinated and approved if you are looking for a property to be at the pool every day regularly, this is not the property to book.
🚫 Do NOT attempt to access the pool without prior approval
🚫 Do NOT go to Security for access
Failure to follow these steps may result in denied access and/or fines
🚫 SECURITY IS NOT A CONCIERGE
Security is strictly for emergency purposes only
🚫 Do NOT ask Security for:
• Pool access
• Directions
• Recommendations
• General assistance
➡️ Each non-emergency interaction may result in a $100 fine
This rule is strictly enforced to protect full-time residents.

This is a quiet residential community

🚫 No loud music
🚫 No disruptive behavior
➡️ If Security is called, guests may be required to vacate immediately without refund
🌴 ISLAND LIFE – WHAT TO EXPECT
You are visiting a tropical island—please keep this in mind:
• You will hear the beautiful coquí frogs at night
• Occasional water or power interruptions may occur (typically brief)
➡️ These are normal conditions of island living and do not qualify for refunds
❄️ AIR CONDITIONING
• Use the ❄️ snowflake mode for cold air (not fan mode)
• Living room unit uses a remote control (located near the unit)
🛠️ MAINTENANCE
This is a private home—not a hotel
• There is no 24/7 on-site maintenance staff
• We will respond as quickly as possible if anything is needed
⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT (STRICTLY ENFORCED)
• Check-in: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
➡️ Late arrivals or departures must be pre-approved
➡️ Additional fees may apply
