The AC was way too cold and the thermostat didn't seem to work. Even after I put it into head mode, cold air still came out of the vent. In addition, the AC vent over the bed was dripping water all night. The breakfast area was right outside of my window where a group of loud guests having breakfast woke me up at 7:05AM. The wifi coverage in my room wasn't really good either. But otherwise it's still a decent place to stay.

Very short walk to popular food places, very quiet and convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect place if you are on a layover or if u need a few nights stay before taking a cruise

The breakfast is cooked after you order it and is served by delightful people. All in all, everyone we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Bonus, they are also affiliated with Bounce.com so we were able to leave our luggage there after checkout for a minimal fee.

Place is fine for a night. Our room was really small (but very clean and in good shape) and not much storage, no night stand and no shelf or counter space in the bathroom so a longer stay would’ve been frustrating. It’s walkable to restaurants and beach. Staff is great. Pool is a larger jacuzzi. It was nice but you can’t swim even a stroke or two. We possible would stay again for a night in the future. Breakfast was ok and included.

Room was very small and not particularly clean. Very small common areas. No soap in the bathroom. No in-room coffee maker. In fact, no cups or glasses at all. Included breakfast was okay. We left early because the air conditioning unit in our room was above the bed and dripped onto the bed, making it quite wet. Staff was apologetic and we did receive a refund, but we had to find other accomodations for the remainder of our stay.

Solo nos quedamos una noche y el trato de recepción fue excelente, el cuarto limpio en general, si uno que otro detalle pero mínimo. Buen aire acondicionado. Al apagar la luz del cuarto, entra la luz del pasillo por entre el marco de la puerta y la pared, no fue algo que me molestara para dormir pero quizá si a otro huésped! El desayunorico y la mesera muy atenta!
