NNot bad but not worth a luxury stay. It is NOT adults only; there are several children staying on the property, including toddlers. Gym was filthy and water mschine was broken. No beach chairs and no umbrellas at the pool. No music at the pool and they did not allow speakers. Low vibe hotel. Room service food was ok; however, the order was incomplete and did not have items asked for. This was probably not bad for a younger couple looking to see PR. Woukd not recimmend for the luxury traveler

From the time we walked in until the time we left, we enjoyed every single moment. This was my birthday 🎂 trip and we made the best decision to stay at the Adults only. The front desk staff is on point very informative. I also like the fact that only the people that stay there can get up to the elevator and to the rooms. You had to use a wrist band scan and then press the floor you are going to. The rooms have some amazing views. The Social had some good food options. The drinks were bomb!!! Sooo peaceful and relaxing. I enjoyed every moment of my seven day trip.

We really enjoyed the pool in the view. The pool was a little small every morning it was difficult to get a pool towel The bathrooms in the rooms were very small. The average person could not fit in them.

Although our room was beautiful, and it was a highlight of our stay, the staff was totally indifferent. It seems like everyone is very young who works there and has not been trained to properly take care of guests. There is a resort fee that is charged although the pool area is very small. On Sunday the pool became unusable because of day pass guests. They should not charge a resort fee if there are no resort amenities and if one can’t even use the pool.Also, the icemaker was broken, and the staff did not seem to care one way or the other about that. I would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay there again.

Stayed in this hotel previously and decided to return…. Big mistake. Housekeeping does not exist in this hotel, stay in the same filth all nights. Rooms do not get cleaned even though the sign was on the door. Basically had to track down cleaning lady to get some towels and take out garbage. She proceeded to complain how much work she has and how tired she is, sounds like a personal problem hunny bunny we all work. The sheets were not changed throughout the whole stay. Asked few days prior to check out if possible to get a later check out, explained that I’m willing to pay. Was told twice to come back another day. Came the last day, was told oops not possible. The front desk gentleman did not even check, he was busy yapping away with the valet prior to even noticing we were standing there. Overall save your hard working money and go stay elsewhere. Beach access also non existent, looks like a horror movie with broken, not used chairs and rocks on the beach. Beach pics are misleading. Infinity pool while small and crowded is warmed up.

The hotel looked much nicer in the photos. Was cheap furnishings and the pool was in shade most of the day. The staff were lovely especially the bartender Carlos, the fish tacos were excellent and the beds were really comfortable. However I would not recommend it as the price I paid I was expecting a fiber experience.
