To be honest, everything was excellent! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful place. It’s so quiet and peaceful — adults only, which was a huge plus! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and a great size. The bar was lovely, the view was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. We also loved having a restaurant right on-site — perfect for breakfast with a gorgeous view or a cozy dinner. The location is ideal: everything is within walking distance, and both the airport and Old Town are just 15 minutes away. The infinity pool is simply outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We loved everything about this place.

I recently stayed at Condado Ocean Club, and it was a good experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated; with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The highlight for me was definitely the location — steps from the beach with gorgeous ocean views. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made the stay even better with their friendly, helpful service. The pool area was beautiful, and I loved how close the hotel was to great local restaurants. The on-site restaurant was okay, but I enjoy trying more authentic island food.

The hotel and rooms are nice and clean. The service and attention to guests however is below average. - The TV hardly worked - called for service, they opened a ticket, and nothing was ever resolved. - Went to the front desk to ask them to refill my mini bar, it was never done. - I had no hot water one night, tried to call but no answer. Went to the front desk and there was no one there. - The bar by the pool is supposed to be open until 6pm every night, but they kept closing it early with no explanation and there were plenty of guests at the pool drinking and tipping well. I travel a lot and have never left a sub-par review. It just seemed like a young staff with no supervision at all. If you're looking for a hotel where they prioritize their guests, I would look somewhere else.

Everyone at the hotel was so warm and welcoming! Especially Sebastian and Victoria in the restaurant and bar! They were not only helpful in recommending locations to see around Puerto Rico, but their warmth and kindness went above and beyond! The room and its views were spectacular! If I had one complaint it would be that the resort taxes were outrageous, but I would gladly go back again!

My stay was overall really great. Check-in was smooth and quick, but I do wish the lady who checked us in had been a bit nicer.
