We stayed in the Biltmore Suite on our family vacation. While we had hopes for this 5-Star resort, it fell was short of 5-stars. Our towels were dirty. They were stained. We called and had new towels brought three times, all stained. My children’s pillows had stains and dried blood spots on them. We went through all levels of management to get clean linens. It was shocking, disappointing, stressful, and absolutely unacceptable. Beware of this hotel and their claims of “5-Stars”.

Plenty to at the hotel itself but close and convenient to walk around and explore. The beach is clean and right outside the hotel and the pool is heaven overlooking the water. The staff and everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind and accommodating. Did not want to leave! Will be back

The Condado Vanderbilt was great! Staff was very nice and accommodating, the room was clean/spacious and the views of the ocean were the best we've ever had. Very close to Old San Juan for historic site seeing and great restaurants.
