Horrible experience

We didn’t even stay at the hotel. Once we got our room key, as soon as we got into the elevator we felt unsafe. The room door did not have a secure lock, the restroom had no shower curtain, the toilet was loose, restroom window was open and everyone can see in. Rusted item on the table. Just the worst, nothing like it was advertised.

Lobby with water filtrations, poor air conditioning. Very noisy rooms, couldn't sleep well during the stay. Very limited parking spaces in the hotel. Outside the hotel expensive parking. I fell when I tripped on a step in the lobby. The warnings to watch the steps are very poor.
