Not, clean. My phone in the room was not working had an emergency in the middle of the night couldn’t communicate. My room they never went to clean it , I had to make a complaint to be able get towels and toilet paper. Bad experience.

I was just disappointed that we stayed there four days and not once they came to clean or just replenish our towels. You can’t call room service and you can’t call front lobby It’s shame but we love the view and of course we love San Juan

This place was filthy.the floors and rug was filthy. When you got in the shower all the mud and hair came off your feet.I have pictures of the dead bugs and chunks of hair in our sheets. Nothing was clean. I had to go and get the cleaner to come and see it. She did change it but it was a horrible experience. We paid for a clean place to sleep and we never got it. We would like a refund.

Excellent view hotel

The hotel is in a very good location, the rooms have very good space, the staff that attended me was always very friendly. The hotel needs some renovations because it's a bit old. My only problem was not directly with the hotel, it was with the reservation via Hotel.com they could not help me in changing to a room with a double bed, and with that I learned to never make reservations with intermediaries or third parties and only make them directly with the hotel.

If you're looking for luxury this is not the place. If youre looking for a place to rest your luggage and head for an action packed stay then this is it. I stayed here 3 nights this April 2025 and the place was very old and out dated. The room was very spacious and all the amenities were working well. Little effort is put into cleaning here. I kept the sliding door open for most of my stay as there was a pungent insecticide scent that wouldn't leave. I spoke to reception about it and they sent a cleaner with air freshener to spray out the. This helped for a short period but my sinuses were already inflamed. The workers are very friendly and helpful though and it's right in the middle of all the action. There are restaurants in walking distance at the Caribe Hilton that are perfect for dining and cocktails. The view from my room was immaculate!

The online photos are deceiving. Our room reflected wear and tear that was not properly cared for, dirty carpeting, chipped furniture with fabric that did not look cleaned. The bedding was a thin blanket and a sheet, that's it. The box spring was visibly dirty. Our room was serviced twice during our stay and the second time they didn't replace the wash cloths so I had to go find some on a cart. Breakfast was included and the lady who was there each morning was kind and very good at food presentation and ensuring guests are happy. She was a joy. However, "breakfast included" seemed like there would be at least one hot food option. I'm not one to complain to hotel staff because they can only do so much when the hotel itself is not the best condition. But, it was disappointing because I thought I did my due diligence. Next to airfare, lodging is the biggest travel cost and it definitely changed our travel experience. It was a mother-daughter trip that could have been near perfect had we stayed at a different hotel. We definitely made the best of it but others should know before making the same mistake.

Completely terrible and most of all the advertisement about this room is an overall sham. 3 1/2 stars or not. I have stayed in comfort Inns and red roof inns that are better than this place. The rooms are outdated in a modern hotel community. Every hotel that is adjacent to this one is new with a clean white exterior. Not this one! Pieces of the building are chipping away with brown stains that run down the back of the building that faces the water. No other building looks like this on the side that also faces the water. When i arrived on wednesday my checkin was at 4pm i got there at 250pm. When i arrived i was not properly greeted right away on the first level. I had to wait for maintenence and the hotel staff to finish their casual conversation before addressing me. Then after being told to check in on the 2nd floor i went up there and was told that my room wasnt ready but it would be soon. They allowed me to leave my bags while i went to kill time for check in and allow my room to get ready. When i returned it was 450pm and i was told that my room was still not ready and that i had to wait. When i asked how long i was told by the two women at the front desk on the 2nd flr that they did not know. I did not get into my room until 530pm from just sitting around in the lobby. Tired and exhausted from traveling and wanting to just shower and rest i asked for their corporate number or email and was ignored. That is when they called the gentleman from the lobby floor up and he
