I enjoyed having various pools & hot tubs as well as beach front access. Airport is nearby so u hear the airplane noise constantly. Not a lot of food options on the property but uber eats was available.

The resort is fabulous. Beautiful clean pool, Sun loungers and umbrellas on beautiful beach and staff are excellent and friendly. Great for kids. Short taxi ride to explore old town San Juan and Pinones. The rooms are very dark and dingy for the price and the airplanes are extremely noisy given proximity to the airport. Balcony with limited beach view was awful with construction directly outside. Airplanes take off late and very early and make it hard to sleep. Dispite the drawbacks we still had a lovely trip and if we found a less expensive deal we would return to the property in the future.

Close to the airport, right on the beach, can walk ro restaurants. You can hear the airplane loud landings and take offs. Did not bother me but it may bother you .

Rooms are old. Carpet has a lot of humidity. We had to call to confirm they will clean the rooms (we had 2 units) because they were dirty when we got there.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to the airport and the beach access is stunning. We were there with four kids and they had plenty to do. We found the food options limited. More bar food than anything exciting. Had a few hiccups with service. One time half of our meal came and the other half wasn’t even ordered. Had to find someone to help us w that. Then another when we had ordered drinks and those were also never placed. Minor issues but it did happen twice. The biggest issue for us was the noise from the planes taking off. It is 24 hours and depending on which room you’re in, it can be very loud. After the first night, we slept w ear plugs and it was better. I would plan for that.

Staff were very polite and informative about places to see and go. Beach access that offered umbrellas and chairs. Hammocks and pool area was nice. Rooms were clean. We went to eat at the restaurant, the view was stunning! Only downfall is the food at the upscale restaurant wasn’t great. There were cats roaming around coming to our table. We are allergic to cats so was disappointed about spending $300 on a dinner. I’m not a complainer so didn’t ask for management. We will not go back to the restaurant but would definitely stay here again. Nice property!

Very beautiful location and has excellent service. The location is very close to the airport but I didn’t hear any planes from inside my room. I had a beautiful balcony view and the customer service was superb. The check in was easy, Just keep in mind there will be a 300 hold on your card and 150 will be refunded after check out.

Loved the beach access & umbrellas & chairs. The pool chairs left a little to be desired for comfort. The food was generally good but over priced. The Filet mignon dinner was fabulous! Wish there were more things advertised to do. Room 421 was extremely musty and damp. The Carpet definitely needs to be replaced & maybe install a dehumidifier. $12 for a drink was outrageous but that is probably because we don't go to bars any longer.
