This was my second stay at this hotel and Im just as happy as the first time. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Safety is something big for me and they fulfilled this. Youre not able to access any of the floors unless you have a pass key that allows you to close the doors for the elevator. Rooms are very clean and the showers are nice and hot ! Youre able to dine on site and food/drinks are delicious. The beach is safe for both kids and adults. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels available and if you want to have a drink or something to snack they offer services on the beach while the tab can be added to your room. Parking garage is also on site and very well lit! Would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone.

My adult son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The vibe was very pleasant and relaxing. Not a big party scene for which we were thankful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You must encounter “towel man” at the pool - he’s so animated and fun! Two drawbacks that did not affect our enjoyment of the resort - noise from nearby airport and an occasional musty odor. We would enjoy going back to this resort!

This hotel is situated conveniently from the airport and major restaurants, hotels and attractions. We especially loved how the property is located right on the beach. Eating breakfast with the ocean views and being able to hop back and forth between the pool and the beach were incredible! We loved our stay here.

First time at this property, and first time back in PR in ~20 years (this time with kids!!). Amazing location, proximity to beach and overall service. Staff were super friendly and food options were very good. Overall great place to come as a family.

We stayed one night with two young children to be able to have access to the beach/pool before flying out early the next morning. Hotel room was outdated and smelled musty. Other rooms had been updated we're told. Staff was excellent. Note that due to rip currents, the hotel beach is really not swimmable for kids (red flag posted the whole time). This is not a place to go to relax quietly - it's super crowded and more of a party vibe. That being said, it was fine for our family for one night.
