Amenities were great! Staff was super polite and helpful. Housekeeping was great! Ability to walk right onto the beach was phenomenal! The only slight downfall was the dinig options. Dining option were limited and on the expensive side compared to other restaurants. This is easily avoided, became their are other restaurants within walking distance. Everything else was great! I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price Our experience at this hotel in San Juan was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible — we were given dirty coffee mugs in the morning, lemon served on napkins with no plates, and waited way too long for food every time. The room was the worst part. The AC unit was inside and very noisy, the balcony was dirty, and there was loud construction directly above us starting at 6:30–7:00 AM every day. We barely got any rest. Room service was always late — we’d leave around 9:00 AM and return at 4:00–6:00 PM, and our room still hadn’t been cleaned. The resort is very overrated and doesn’t match the price or the experience it promises. Even at their restaurants (which we paid extra for), the service was just as bad. While the beach was beautiful, they start clearing the cabanas at 6 PM, leaving you nowhere to sit and relax in the evening. Overall, this hotel ruined our trip to Puerto Rico. Would not recommend.

This is not a resort as they advertise, NOT even close. I think the hotel manager, general manager, needs to actually stay at a resort so that he knows the difference. First you get charged a resort fee $50 & a $25 per night car fee "The Marriot Scam" especially when you book in advance & pay for the "Motel" with a beach in front of it because there are no private beaches in PR. The AC wasn't great nor were the vents. In both the rooms & hallways there was mold. They're spending money on new construction but are forgetting health concerns & their decades old rooms. I will say that Guillermo at the bar was extremely nice & helpful giving us suggestions for exploring. Fernando handing out the pool towels was also very friending & engaging. I think either one of these two would be best suited for a management position or even running customer service because they get it. We did see the hotel manager in the temporary lobby, and he didn't so much as say, "hello" or even ask, "hey, how are you enjoying your stay". My guess is that he already knew that. Then you're detoured towards the garage, then small casino, & towards makeshift podiums to get checked in. The podium staff had about as much personality as a handball. They need a customer service refresher course. As far as a resort goes there was a beat, worn out ping pong table w/no paddles or balls to use and a miniature basketball hoop. Checked out we weren't asked how our stay was. How do you not have bananas @9am in PR?

The hotel was nice. Siena restaurant had good food. Beach was clean and beautiful. Pool was not the cleanest. Water was very cloudy and it needed to be skimmed more frequently. The towel guy Fernando was AMAZING and always made me smile. Maid service was slow. I was there for 4 nights… room was only cleaned once because they did not come to do it early.
