Property under reconstruction, but still ok. Airplanes departures from the airport can be heard, but still ok, nothing too bothering. All people very friendly. Hotel is very nice. Although the rooms should be vacuumed daily, they still felt clean. Nice for families. Pool is kind of warm. But beach is awesome and right there! Lunch very affordable, do not think you need to go outside for lunch. Papaya fast food right kn the pool is very good and not pricey.

Great location located on the beach. Nice out door pool area. Food is pretty good. The rooms could use some upgrading. Casino was ok but could use some nightly entertainment. Is located close to airport so it takes some getting used to with the sounds of the planes. Overall very convenient and enjoyed my stay.

Nice Hotel, I wish I knew it was under construction, little noisy at times. You will hear the airplanes since you are so close to the airport. Parking garage is convenient, Food is a bit pricy, staff was friendly. if you are looking to walk around this is a bit out of the way of restaurants, we always get a car so would stay again after upgrades are complete

I recently stayed at the Marriott Isla Verde with my husband and our three young children, and I’m honestly shocked at how poorly we were treated from the moment we arrived. Despite booking a double bed room well in advance and noting that we were traveling with young kids (including a baby), the front desk staff insisted we would need to book a second room and told us they would only issue three pool passes. This makes no sense given that we were clearly a family with small children — not a party of adults trying to crowd a room. The room we were given had a broken air conditioner, and when I tried to address the issue, the staff was indifferent and even rude. I had also specifically requested NOT to be placed near the elevator, and despite my early reservation and Platinum Elite status, we were placed directly next to it — noisy and disruptive all night. What’s most disappointing is the general attitude of the staff. Many seemed like they simply didn’t want to be there. Their lack of hospitality is not just unacceptable, it reflects poorly on the Marriott brand. I spoke with other guests who confirmed this kind of treatment is not unusual and is apparently known by management — which is even more disheartening. The only bright spots of our stay were Pedro at the pool bar, who was friendly, professional, and a breath of fresh air, and the valet team, who were genuinely kind and helpful. It’s unfortunate that a few good employees are overshadowed by such a lack of customer

The exterior pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Overall the service for food and drinks were very slow. They even attempted to overcharge us. You could feel a sense of priority per your ethnicity. The room was pretty old and it showed. The final straw for me was bed bugs, lots of them. I travel to Puerto Rico often. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience. I will not be staying here again.

The property was nice , well maintained and the beach was beautiful. When we arrived our room had a smell like mold or from prolonged dampness- we requested a different one and we were immediately accommodated. They did have some construction going on inside the hotel to install a chandelier and some other remodeling but it was kept clean and blocked off appropriately. Ubers were quick to get a ride anywhere. The drive to San Juan was short and there was a lot of shops, places to eat and things to do. Overall great experience and I would there stay again and would recommend it.
