Hotel room was great , staff super friendly and good food options . But the location of hotel was awful , soon as you walk off property you’re in a bad area . Homeless , feces , and theft is a problem around the location of the hotel . Wear your bracelet from hotel at all times . We won’t be coming back to this location. I would recommend staying closer to old San Juan .

Do Not Book Here They Scam you for bogus Charges! How does ALEJANDRO RIOS CARDONA still have a job at this place he is the biggest crook I ever met Hilton should be sued for this guy having s job here! Don’t book at this hotel if you want an actual good stay in PR. He will ruin your entire trip.

My overall stay was excellent, the staff was friendly and welcoming especially the ladies at the concierge desk, same breakfast menu daily but there was a variety of options, I love the 5:30-7pm vibe with the two drinks n snacks, a good way to unwind. The restaurants were great, love the casino. Uber is the best form of transportation, Ole San Jaun was amazing, eevdidnt do the tour we just walked around ourselfs, ate, drink and shop. We also took the $1 ferry to Cantano, another beautiful town... love the local beer Overall.... Excellent we will do this again

We were not aware the pool was having a private event and that half the pool was not available to us. The chairs were all claimed by the people from the party. We couldn’t go on their side but they could come to our side. We paid the resort fee and felt our enjoyment was diminished. The guests were very rude and loud. Many guests had no wrist band but again took the chairs of those with the hotel bands. It would have been nice to either refund our resort fee or at least tell us in advance so we could make other plans.
