My stay was good. The location is nice, the reserved chairs on the beach were great. My room had a horrible smell of mold and mildew and the shower did not always get hot. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, although I did not try the make your own omelet option. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful and clean

The property is beautiful, just very cold inside. The atrium seems to be about 65° and the rooms dont really get warm. It is a great place to stay. The pool is clean and the hours are 6-11. There is a nice workout room, laundry facility and spa located at the property. If you are planning a stay to Puerto Rico. I highly suggest the Embassy...just request extra blankets if you are a bit cold blooded....lol

Easy, friendly check-in. They were able to accommodate an early check-in after a long day of travel. Close to the air port, close to the beach. Kid friendly. Knocked a star off because I didn’t get the room I reserved through Expedia. Otherwise, I would stay here again.
