Didn't like the parking facility. The spaces are too small for most cars and what makes it worse is people can’t park efficiently and ruin it for others. I didn’t like the lifts and they were broken throughout the trip and also our room thermostat wasnt able to be adjusted and some of the party found it too cold

What an amazing stay!! I normally stay at La Concha hotel across the street but decided to switch it up this time while in Condado. Hector at the front desk was a great host. He was attentive amd made some great recommendations. The hotel location is great and close to literally everything. I must say i wasnt sure what to expect from the hotel itself but it was clean and modern. I ended getting the 2 bedroom suite for my wife and i as some of the reviews complained about the room sizes. It was a grear idea. Although we slept in one room it was very convenient for us each to have our own space to get ready in. The beach is a block away!! The hotel restaurant is an underrated hidden gem!! I loved how communicative the hotel was. I got several text updates (one morning the fire alarm went off by accident, streets being closed for bad bunny event, housekeeping was entering my room). My only complaint is the pool area is a bit small and doesn’t really have a view.. I only spent 1 day at the pool so not truly a big deal. As a person that will rely on reviews, this is a great option and I'd stay there again.

Would recommend HiBird! Very nice and spacious hotel. Staff it very friendly and quick at responding. Grab n Go is very convenient as well if you craving a late night snack. Would stay again!
