The second room i was transferred to had a lot of bugs in it, i have bite marks all on my legs and arms,i spoke with the supervisor and showed him my bites he came up to the room and i showed him the bugs that where all over the room,and he ended up changing my room out again,then the new room tv cable wasn't working so they had to send up engineering to fix it and all this was going on my husband birthday.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this property. This property is extremely clean and very well maintained! The staff bends over backwards to make sure their guests are taken care of and happy. On the last day of our stay, we had an evening flight, and our check-out was at noon. We were given total use of the facility after checking out including the pool, and our luggage was checked and stored until we left for the airport. Just an amazing place to stay for a vacation. Most everything is in walking distance including the beach, restaurants, souvenir shops, and a casino. We will be returning next year to this hotel for another vacation.

Older hotel that has been renovated but still feels a bit tired. Room smelled a bit lie bleach that might have been covering up other odor. It was relatively inexpensive and convenient to airport. Stayed there one night on a business trip per an over night layover in San Juan. I would not stay there is longer trip or for vacation.

I asked for a cushion or thicker mattress pad to making the mattress softer. I was assured it would be put in the bed, but it was not. Other than that, everything was fine.

The rooms did not have a microwave and need to use the one downstair in the lobby. It was an inconvenience given that the hotel charges $45 as resort fees and additional parking costs.

Only two washing machines for both wins of hotel and one of those was out of order. No airport shuttle or transportation to beach. Drinks and snacks were less than enjoyable. Breakfast was also not great . Selection and temperature was not acceptable. Not the norm for what Hampton’s normally are. Food at bar was not good and way over priced
