This is our annual trip and we were very disappointed this trip. The pool was closed for repairs for half our stay, the safe and refrigerator didn't work and housekeeping was terrible. No compassion from management. Very sad.

When booking the property, the picture of the room booked was not the room we received. The picture of the room shows the lagoon side of the hotel. The room we received was street side, which was extremely noisy. Travel tip, bring a sound machine to help with the loud noises from the street. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
