The property is good in appearance however I sent a request via expedia and till now they never responded. I also reached out to the hotel directly way ahead of the trip and they did not respond. I then called them and even though the front desk picked, i was transferred to concierge that did not pick up. Upon my wife's arrival, she also approached them with the request and they gave her direct contact for the concierge. She reached out and they never picked nor call back. Instead they texted her to send her request and they never responded to the request after she texted them. It was her birthday trip and she tried to stay positive through the trip but a simple request to have birthday balloons or banner became impossible. I would have gone to a different hotel just to have this request

I booked this hotel hoping for a simple, clean place to rest, but it was far from acceptable. The moment I walked in, I was hit with the strong smell of mold—it reeked throughout the room and common areas. It honestly felt like the building had been left to decay. The room was in terrible shape: dingy lighting, dirty floors, and overall just very poorly maintained. Walls were scuffed and stained, furniture was damaged or falling apart, and nothing looked or felt clean. The entire place had an eerie, half-abandoned vibe. The bathroom was especially bad—grimy, damp, and clearly not properly cleaned. I didn’t feel comfortable touching anything. I ended up checking out early and booking somewhere else. For the price I paid, this was unacceptable. Definitely would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made.

The staff was amazing shout out to Jessica and Diane. These ladies are top tier in every aspect made my stay amazing . the location was great However the bathroom is not practical the shower has a tight fit the position of the shower gels ia right there so you can’t maneuver around without hitting it And the parking is costly in my opinion. But overall great experience. Would recommend s/n all of this was discussed from the beginning so no hidden fees.

My new favorite. It's very clean. Lots of accommodations, pools and hot tubs were all very clean and they all worked. The bar is the best and the food. Why leave? This place had it all and the entire staff were all so command friendly. Used the sister companies amenities as well. The full package staying here.
