I love my stay at this property. I was with my wife and my daughter. It was close to everything so many shopping and dining option. The host is amazing so responsive. I stayed three nights for an amazing price.

We really enjoyed the location, it was in the middle of everything. Loved it! If I had something to pick on was a musty smell in the room but, I believe it was the humidity and age of the building but not enough to not recommend.

Great location for shopping, restaurants, historic sites. Room and building were spotless. Nice decor, nice plants. Bed and linens were deluxe. Lovely shower with thick towels. A second bar of soap, and a shelf or something in the shower would be helpful. Would be nice to have water glasses and a coffee maker. Shower drain is slow so I was worried about a backup, but it did drain. Would happily return.

We had a very nice stay. It is in a GREAT location for Virgin cruises. We were able to walk our bags to the port. Lots of food, shopping and culture right outside the front door. Some challenges with WiFi being off and on and very slow. We had no windows and there is no TV. Very clean and a great location before cruising.

Stay at Hugo's!

We stayed for just one evening between trips and this was just right. We chose an inside room and even that had a window to the inner garden area. It was a simple but spacious room with very tall ceilings. It has recently been built so everything was new. They gave us recommendations for breakfast lunch and dinner, and held our bags until we were ready to depart from Old San Juan. I would have booked for our return stay but those days were all filled.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The place was a little challenging to find but it is in an amazing location right in the heart of Old San Juan. Be prepared for some stairs but our little patio was delightful.

Property was very nice, clean, comfortable and safe. Maricruz contacted me with all the info I needed to check in later in the evening and was helpful the next morning holding our luggage while we toured the city. Only trouble we had was with the wifi and phone signal not sure if it was because we were on the ground floor or what but overall everything was good and we would stay again!

Omg the most comfortable bed ever! Location fab, would stay again in a heartbeat. Only negative is water pressure in the shower... Too low to wash my long hair, but don't know if that an old town thing
