I loved this property. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming and nice, and even welcomed us back by name when we arrived back for the night. The pool was clean and quiet, and the hotel is close to not only the sights of old San Juan, but also beautiful beaches, the financial district, and anything else you could want. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The only complaint overall with Hyatt hotels in PR is the AC system. Tends to create a mold smell in room. You will mostly notice on arrival after being out of room for about 3 or more hours. The scary part is that you get used to it but its still there. Hyatt House San Juan overall was a great experience and staff also.

This was an ok hotel. Very friendly staff with good amenities, however, the beds caved in. The rooms smelled like chlorine but were spacious. Breakfast tasted good, but food was lukewarm. They do offer a shuttle that goes around some popular areas.
