The front desk ladies were so lovely (Nicole and Maria I believe). They made me feel comfortable, safe and were so informative on the area! I would love to come back! My only issue was that there should be a shelf inside the showers to hold bath items. But other than that, it was close to everything and I had a great time. Also loved the waters stocked in the fridge!

Hard for Uber to find. Though the ad says reception is only at desk from 10am to 4pm, you cant check in till 3. Our room had 2 beds, that were dirty all along the baseboards. You have to go out of the room, across the hall, using a key, to get into the bathroom. The TV never worked nor was anything else offered & only 1 light in the whole room worked. It was disappointing to spend $200 to sleep in a room for 1 night with our teenagers & no tv, no vending machines & barely any light. No wonder it was non-refundable thru Hotels.com. Felt like the icing on the cake to a total rip off of a week of being scammed.

Near lots of stuff but tucked in a little neighborhood street. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and were very enthusiastic about sharing information about PR with me. The place is very comfortable with lots of public spaces and cozy rooms.

Definitely unexpected

I think the one word I would use to describe our stay is unexpected. First, instead of a thousand tiny rooms crammed into an older building the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. There is a common lobby on each floor and where we were on the second floor there was a complete kitchen as well as a working area with desks and pretty speed wi-fi. When we arrived we were greeted enthusiastically and provided a host of information of things to do and see many of which we were not aware of even though we travel to San Juan at least once a month. Both the common areas and the rooms were immaculate, well appointed and there was sufficient hot water! (It's PR, if you know you know). The neighborhood felt quite safe, we had no issues in finding parking right in front of the Inn and there are stores and restaurants all within walking distance. All-in-all I would definitely stay here again as this is true value for the money.

It was a nice stay, only thing we didnt like was how humid the room got, which left the floors dewy like. Other thank that the room was beautiful, loved the bathroom and the beds.

This property was Overall nothing short of Home away from home. Staff is Amazing and knowledgeable in everything that Puerto Rico has to offer and what is not known staff did their due diligence in finding info needed. The space is welcoming and clean. I had a great stay at this hotel in Puerto Rico. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a smooth trip. The location was super convenient — I was able to get to Old San Juan, Condado Beach, La Placita, and even El Yunque with ease using Ubers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of walkable spots nearby for food and sightseeing. Overall, a solid place to stay if you want both peace and easy access to the island’s best attractions.
