It’s not a hotel. It’s just a money making apartment with no service whatsoever. Even lost electricity several times. Travelocity should remove it from “hotel” listing. I could keep going with other anomalies but that’s enough. DO NOT STAY there if you want a regular hotel.

This is the cutest most ideally located accommodation ever. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The unit was spotless and comfortable. There were enough towels and enough space to comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy to follow. The airport is about 10 minutes away, as is the beach (playa Escambron), La Placita, and old San Juan. Literally in the middle of everything but on a quiet street to get some good rest at the end of a touristy day. I will definitely be booking again in the future.
The pictures are accurate. It is so much prettier in person!!

Was a quiet part of town but not in a bad way. I felt like it was more how the locals would live vs the resort and I liked it for that reason. The home was beautiful, and I got complimentary wine and a keychain which I'm definitely adding to my souvenirs. The only thing is they were difficult to contact at odd hours and carribiean time doesn't help.S o luckily nothing catastrophe happened. Nobody is there after hours and no one greeted me but that my just be my time here.Still I loved it here and Puerto Rico in general is beautiful!

I loved that we were so close to everything in san juan/ old san juan. The area looks a little rough but it was quiet at night and we felt very safe. We rented a car so did not walk around but having the parking space included was so convenient. The only thing that wasn't great was that there was always noise that woke us up around 8am. We were out late every night so getting woken up by the barking dogs and loud tools was a little rough. Overall though it was a great stay and I would stay here again, except i would bring a white noise machine to drown out the outside noise lol
