Kaunis 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 hengen kylpyamme, 2 olohuonetta, avokeittiö, tilava huoneisto. Sijaitsee uudessa uudistetussa "Mare": ssa, joka oli aiemmin ESJ Azul ja ESJ Towers. Nauti merituulesta omalta parvekkeeltasi. Rentoudu virallisessa olohuoneessa, jossa on uusi nahkasohva ja tuoli. Meidän huoneisto on tarpeeksi suuri ruokkia perheen 8 suuri ruokailutila. Huoneisto on täysin varustettu kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. Allas on täysin uusittu porealtaalla ja lastenallas. Uusi kuntosali, joka sijaitsee B-1-tasossa ja jossa on nykyaikaiset laitteet. Loungessa aulassa Cielo-baarissa, kun lapset nauttivat leikkihuoneesta, jossa on arcade-pelejä, biljardia ja pingispöytä. Nauti kahvista, suosikki latte- tai cappuccinosta ja deli-herkuista Mare-hotellin uudessa kahvilassa, joka sijaitsee aulan vieressä. Kaikkien ESJ: n paras on suoraan rannalla - kävele aulassa ja jatka 20 metriä rannalle - loma ei voisi olla helpompaa!
Kysy yksikkö naapurissa (# 895230), joka voidaan vuokrata myös, jos sinulla on puolue jopa 12! Kokea kaikki ilot Karibian on tarjota näissä Ocean Front jalokivet !! Vain muutaman minuutin päässä San Juan lentokenttä, nämä Ocean- Front asunnot tarjoaa erittäin hyvät yhteydet valtioiden ja tarjoaa lukuisia mukavuuksia koko perhe voi nauttia! Meidän asunnot puhua themselves- monia monia toista customers- varmista tutustu arvostelut!

Ensimmäinen yksikkö on 2 bed / 2full (yksi liikuntarajoitteisille) uusittu kylpyjä, muodollinen olohuone uusi nahkahuonekalut, päivitetty keittiö ja 47" TV / DVD. Tämä laite on 2 olohuone alueilla! Yksi on tv ja yksi että unohdetaan palmuja ja ranta. Kaikissa huoneissa on televisio. Meidän muiden viimeaikaisten päivityksiä ovat uusi maali koko ja mukautettuja verhot. Olemme ylpeitä itsestämme meidän kävijöitä mukavuutta.

Toisessa yksikössä on 2 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Täysin uusittu (Jan'19) mukaan lukien uusi kvartsi-keittiö, uusi kylpyamme, kalusteet, uudet maalit ja laattalattiat kaikkialla, uudet vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet ja kauniisti sisustetut. Nauttia kätevästi pesukone ja kuivain molemmat yksiköt. Molemmissa huoneistoissa on keskeinen ilma. Upeat merinäköalat näkyvät kaikista huoneista, joissa on runsaasti tilaa kuistilla nauttien rannanäkymistä ja pina coladasta.

Puerto Rico on amerikkalainen territory- passia tarvita Yhdysvaltojen kansalaisille !! Vain pakata laukut ja valmistautua rentoutua!

Liota hum Karibian lempeä aallot omalta meressä edessä parveke, jossa vain palmuja ja hiekka sinun ja kirkas sininen vesi !! Mare on aidattu alue, joka tarjoaa mielenrauhan, että koko lomasi viettää ilman yleisön pääsyä uima-altaaseen, pelihuoneeseen, saunaan jne. Ainoa asia, sinun täytyy huolehtia siitä, miten nauttia rentouttavasta, auringon täyttämiä päivää !!

Wonderful! Close to airport and steps from the beach. Fully stocked with everything we needed from beach chairs and a boogie board to a blender for frozen drinks and a crock pot, great balcony and living areas, comfortable beds. Perfect for my (tall) family of 5 (2 adult children and one tween). Staff in the building were all very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to supermarket and restaurants - we didn’t need to rent a car but got Ubers if we wanted to explore. My youngest was at first bummed there wasn’t a pool but we didn’t need it. Lots of seaweed at isla verde west this week but water was clear on east isla verde beach and pinones. Judy was a great host and very responsive. We were there over NYE and loved the holiday atmosphere and decor. This will be our go to place next time!

For a large family with a child the Condo was clean and somewhat comfortable but very outdated! Only one outlet in kitchen (behind coffee maker), bedrooms and master bathroom which isn’t practical when you have medical devices or multiple use needs (yes, there were extension plugs BUT not cords to reach around)!! The furniture needs updating! In terms of amenities, the pool was closed (with no other alternative arrangements made to use another facilities pool) and other areas like the gym, and game room were old, dark and half the games didn’t work, so it made it hard to enjoy! Overall it was overpriced for what we received!

Judy went out of her way in hospitality, she is truly a fantastic host! We went to PR for the Bad Bunny concert and almost got stuck there because of hurricane Erin. Judy allowed us to remain in her condo the whole day while we were waiting to hear if our flight was going to be canceled without another thought even though we were due to check out that morning. Thanks again so much Judy!

Great Puerto Rico Family Vacation

Judy was a dream to work with. When we had questions, she immediately responded and helped us out. The condo was clean. Proximity and view of the beach/ocean is great. We loved hanging out on the balcony overlooking the beach/ocean and listening to the waves. And, we took a couple of excursions - El Yonque and Bioluminescent Bay kayak tour. I highly recommend those. Thank you Judy for a wonderful stay and your attentive service!

Isla Verde Beach Condo

This property was perfect for our family (2 adults & 2 teens- 17 yr) and our friends who visited for two nights (1 adult & 2 teens 16 & 14). This condo was amazingly clean, well organized, with any and every amenity you need for an 8 night stay. It was very spacious, and had room for all of us to spread out and sleep comfortably. Having both a separate living room and a den gave the adults & teens some much needed space. The kitchen has every utensil, pot, pan, or gadget needed to cook/bake anything. Full size coffee maker and brand new fridge with ice maker were nice! Look in the pantry before you go to the store, there were some seasonings and coffee filters already there. Washer & Dryer are brand new too. Judy provides tons of extra linens, bath & beach towels!! Beach chairs, umbrella & beach toys are out on the balcony. The balcony faces the beach and has a gorgeous view, and it's the lowest floor in the building which allowed us to take the stairs or the elevator for easy access to the lobby, beach and one covered parking spot. The lobby of the hotel has a coffee shop, restaurant, bar, and game room with ping pong & pool table (our teens loved this!) The beach, condo and surrounding neighborhood is safe and beautiful. There are umbrella & chair rentals, as well as jet ski & parasailing, and food vendors right in front of the condo. The beach is safe and clean, and we felt comfortable letting the teens go out on their own. Lots of restaurants, shops, grocery & CVS within walking distance. This was the perfect location to explore San Juan, Loiza, Loquillo, Rio Grand, El Yunque and take snorkeling & bioluminescent excursions out of Fajardo. The owner, Judy, is very responsive and has thought of everything to make renting her home very enjoyable. Thank you, Judy, we will be back!

Puerto Rico Paradise

Judy was extremely responsive to any questions we had before our trip. Check in instructions and a list of favorite restaurants was sent ahead of time. We arrived late at night, but check in was very easy and Judy touched base the next day to make sure everything was ok. The view from the balcony was beautiful and beach access was just steps away. We were able to use beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and other items which made our trips to the beach very easy. The location was PERFECT! We decided not to rent a car and there were many restaurants and a large grocery within walking distance. We used Uber and Taxis for any farther trips we wanted to take. The property looked just like it did in the listing and we were very pleased with all of the amenities. Thank you Judy for sharing your property with us. Our family of 5 had a wonderful trip celebrating my daughter's high school graduation! Great memories until next time!

Great Place to stay in PR

The apartment is at the great location and well kept. The owner Judy was very helpful with the additional requirements of our stay and was easy to reach. All of my friends loved the place and location. Easy 10 mins drive to Old San Juan. For us group of 8 people, the balcony with patio furniture was the place to spend most of the night relaxing and enjoying the calm sound of the waves. Overall it was a great experience and highly recommend Judy’s place for trip to Puerto Rico.

Great place

We had a wonderful time at this condo! In my family I had 4 kids and 2 adults. Plus we had even more adults staying with us so this condo was plenty of space. Since it was central to the rest of our friends and family, our condo was the gathering spot. We could walk to dinner and other properties. Direct access to the beach was important to me so this was literally in our front yard lol. I have never been closer to the beach than this place. The host was very attentive to us. The kids had plenty of space to run around and we felt very safe the entire time.

Comfortable Stay w/ A Great View!

After having a stressful situation with a different property canceling on us last minute, we were so lucky to have found this property! The location is ideal, right on the beach with a magnificent view from the balcony! The condo is supplied with anything you may need, including a full kitchen appliances, beach towels, chairs and beach toys for the kids!! The communication with the owner was great, she was ready to help anytime, which you don't always find with other owners who ignore you the moment you have a concern. Only minor things could be improved as far as upgrading the bedrooms a bit, and improving the water heater - it went from super hot to super cold frequently. But overall we had a great stay and will definitely come back!

Couldn't have had a better experience

This was our first time using VRBO and the experience couldn't have been better. Great communication, amazing property, an absolutely incredible week. Location is great, not too busy, not far from everything the island has to offer and in a great neighborhood. The pool was closed, but honestly, we didn't care and wouldn't have used it anyway. The ocean is litteraly right out the door!! Great swimming, amazing beach... all i can say is thank you for sharing your property that allowed our family to have the trip of a lifetime!!! If we come back to Puerto Rico, there is no doubt, we will stay here again!!

The place is large and beautiful with a perfect location right on the beach and private beach access, a parking space in the garage, wonderfully equipped down to things like beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, let alone things like a fully stocked kitchen in terms of kitchen equipment, lots of towels etc. The owner was wonderful and very responsive. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance and a grocery store a very short drive away. I would 100% stay again if we came back to San Juan. PS at the time we were staying, the pool was closed for repairs but it did not matter to us because the beach is right there, not crowded and great for swimming/water play for the kids.

Needed to get away and relax

I would recommend Judy’s condo to anyone who just wants to get away and relax. It is perfect. We sat on the balcony every morning and had our coffee and listened to the ocean and watch the early morning activity starting on the beach. It was the best view ever. Judy was very accommodating and a pleasure to rent from. We will be definitely booking again this condo. It was perfect

Beautiful condo!

Judith has a really nice condo right on the beach. Easy access to restaurants and stores. Judith answered all our questions promptly. Back in frigid Minnesota and really missing the relaxing balcony right now.

Great location and very responsive host.

Overall experience was great. Would have liked a bit more light as the only large windows were in the balcony/ living room area. The apartment was meticulously maintained, beds very comfortable and condo had great access to beach and local establishments. All COVID safety regulations were in place as well.
