Brand new 3B, 2Bath apartment in North San Juan TX
The living and kitchen area seamlessly blend together, offering a spacious environment for gatherings. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 58” flat-screen TV, in the Kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. And for your convenience, we offer a full-size washer and dryer along with all the essential laundry supplies. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an attached full bathroom, all rooms offer a 43” TV
The space
3 bedroom 2 full bath apartment with full walk-in closet in each room except the master bedroom we use that as our locked storage closet, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. You do have access to the full walk-in closets in the two extra bedrooms and a few storage spaces in the master bathroom. Each TV is set and ready on guest mode for your convenience to log in to your video streaming service and free live TV channels your account will be automatically logged out on your checkout day.

Full washer and dryer for you to use.

We have extra pillows and blankets available in one of the closets for you to use if needed.
We also have Security cameras one covering the parking lot and one covering the walkway leading to the apartment's entrances.

In one of the closets, you will find an ironing board and an iron for you to use as well.

Perfect place and location, will be coming back! We often visit the valley to see family, the location is great and near restaurants and also avoids major construction traffic. Great for a family stay.

Another wonderful stay!

This cozy home was perfect for our little family during our trip. Such an inviting atmosphere, and our children slept soundly (even on New Year’s Day) in the peaceful home. Thankful to have this home in such a convenient location for when we visit family. We plan to be back next year!

Home Away From Home

Cozy beautiful apartment that felt like being at home! It was so clean, the showers were large, the beds were comfortable and the location was great for re-visiting Nuevo Progreso, Weslaco and San Juan. The internet was great as well as all the smart tv's throughout the property. We used the kitchen one night for cooking a homemade meal as well as the washer and dryer. Loved that the property had washer soap, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We will definitely try to book again on our next trip this summer!

Perfect place to stay!

This property was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was so clean, the showers were large, the beds were super cozy, and the location was great as it was close to the family we were visiting! It wasn’t loud or anything either, which was nice, especially with a little one on New Year’s Eve. We will definitely be back next year.
