My stay at the Placid was fair overall. During my stay, one the first day I had to go buy cleaning productis to clean both bathrooms because I found hair in the sink of one bathroom and a ball of hair in thr shower drain of the seond bathroom. Which ment to me housekeeping did not clean the apartment. I ended up also recleaning the kitchen, using lysol disinfectant spray for thr beds and couch and chairs. Thr couch and both chairs had stains on them. The 3rd day i was there in the kitchen cooking and the handman walked in the apartment without knocking. I was glad that I had a floor alarm up to the door. I reported it to the service desk because the individual did not knock on the door. My last day i attempted to wash clothes and an individual who lives there was rude/ignorsnt to me when i inquired about using the washer. Overall nice location, close to a 24 hour grocery store. Close to Condado Beach and other small restaurants. The side street is very bisy with traffic. Not far from Walmart with a 6 minute uber ride or 20 minute walk. Apartment did have nice space, beds in the 3rd bedroom where small and low to the floor. Not sure if I would stay in the dame apartment, but may not be my first option in the future.

Needed a last minute stay so we could go out at night and man when we walked in the and the ac hut is the shower was life nice and hot some actually pressure ! Best place for a quick spot to get some rest and take a good shower

Bathroom was very nice. However, the kitchen faucet did not work, the Tv in the bedroom did not work and the security gate out front did not lock. Had to contact the property to get check in info because they did not send it to me even 2 hrs before.

This hotel was beautifully decorated with places you can sit and relax with your free time. The room was accommodating for one. It’s an older construction but definitely severed its purpose for flying out being 10 minutes from the airport. I would stay again as a solo traveler. The manager also allowed me an extra hour after checkout to stay to meet family. Thank you.

Excellent location and comfortable hotel

Excellent customer service and prompt response to any questions. Centrally located and easy to get to many locations including grocery stores, spas, beach, and nightlife. The bed is so comfortable and i slept like a queen! I love the self check in and i feel very safe here I highly recommend this location.

Cozy, private hotel!! I highly recommend

I absolutely love this hotel. Its in a popular tourist area but i didnt hear too much noise. (My motto is always bring earplugs and sound cancelling head phones). The bed was comfortable. The only thing is most hotels have a card to put on the door that says "do not disturb' on one side and " room service needed " on the other side. I try to clean my room as best as possible, i am a grown adult and cleankng isnt an issue but it would have been nice to have the room swept since sand and such from the beach tend to stick to your shoes. Regardless of the few complaints which are the norm when i have stayed jn other hotels in the carribean (Jamaica, st. Martin, st. Lucia, Barbados, cancun, mexico). This hotel is great and I absolutely recommend it. I feel extremely safe and the room je comfortable and that is what matters most to me (along with the mini fridge, iair Conditioning, queen bed)

Excellent stay at great price

The hotel was very safe and secure . They offer self check in but if you need something you can message the person who sent you your check in information. The room is nice, it has a futon and queen bed. It is in a great upscale neighborhood and close to the beach. I highly recommend.

The apt is basic BUT will fulfill all your needs. It's in a pretty much quiet area. There's a grocery store across the street. And it's close to the airport. We flew in for four days to see Def Leopard .People in PR are friendly & very respectful. We will define returning & would stay here again. Only thing I would recommend is another blanket & two more pillows for comfort. Otherwise all was Excellent !!
