This hotel had three different smells. The entrance smell was ok the hall way smell was not pleasant smell and our room had a mold smell. Our sofa had all kinds of food on it. My son fell asleep on coach watching tv and woke up with bed bug bites. I woke up I had bites as well. We informed hotel they gave us another room same condition dirty couch and we found a spider in that room. They gave us another room which was better but I will never book with them again. They refuse to give me a refund and only return the deposit I had put down. They said bc I had did my booking through a third party they could not refund me anything. I was originally on the second floor then I was put union the 5th which was in same condition and then put in 8th floor. I should not of had to be moved this many times. Just goes to show you how dirty this hotel is. This hotel had bed bugs. I would not recommend. Both my son and I have left with bed bug bites. Not to mention the AC in our room would also go off in middle of night as if they controlled it. I would wake up in sweats bc it was so hot in my room. Overall this hotel is not somewhere I would recommend to anyone. Please review upon booking and also check out tik tok they also have said the same about the moldy smell. I saw it after we were booked into room.

I brought to the staff's attention that the room smelt moldy & musty that turning on the air conditioning did not resolve. I was told that someone would be up to investigate the matter, & if it could not be fixed i would be moved to another room. I never heard back from anyone. One of the possible reasons could be due to the fact that there were no functional phones in the room. I was charged $70/day on top of what i had already paid for the package which caught me completely off guard. It was their way of forcing you to eat at their hotel when the food was much better & cheaper at the other neighboring eatery establishments. JUST VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS MARRIOTT ESTABLISHMENT, which i have always trusted for exceptional quality, which simply was not the case this time.

Our first room had multiple issues and smelled musty. The comforter was damp. A lot of ants. Bathroom wasn't cleaned that good. I finally asked to be moved to another room, and it was PERFECT AND CLEAN! The staff was amazing! Breakfast was ok. The pool is a PLUS! Very close to the bus stop and the airport. The bartender was so kind and amazing! Front Desk staff was so nice and amazing!

El primer día que llegamos nos encontramos con un cuarto que apestaba humedad, era tanto que la alfombra al tocarla se sentía mojada. Pedimos cambio de cuarto y lo hicieron al día siguiente el cuarto tenía un olor mucho más pasable pero con el día este volvió a apestar a humedad. El segundo día de estadía dejamos todo listo y esperamos llegar a nuestro cuarto para encontrarlo aseado, pero no lo limpiaron. Por último, tuvimos la mala experiencia de que por dos días consecutivos no habían toallas, uno de estos días no teníamos para bañarnos ya que como no limpiaron nuestro cuarto no repusieron las toallas y al irlas a pedir se demoraron casi una hora en pasarlas, siendo que tuvimos que ir a pedir en 3 ocasiones ya que nunca llegaban. El hotel es bello, las comodidades como la piscina muy bellas también y debo reconocer la buenisima atención de la gente que trabaja en la cocina y en el bar, sin embargo no puedo decir lo mismo de una de las personas en recepción ya que el día que llegamos, la muchacha que nos atendió no nos entregó ninguna información ni algún papel en el que se explicara por ejemplo que la propina del crédito de 40 dlrs que tenemos por día no estaba incluido y luego se pagaba

Our flight was significantly delayed, causing us to lose an entire night at the hotel. Despite our efforts to communicate with the hotel about this as it was happening, as well as upon arrival, they were unwilling to make any accommodations for us to make up for the lost night. We paid for a night at a hotel that we did not get to use. Staff was cold and dismissive about the issue. I’ve never had an experience with a hotel that was unwilling to make any accommodations, especially with the amount of money we spent to stay there. Absurd.
