The room I purchased was to have a partial ocean view. What a joke. Their was a sliver of the ocean you could see between 2 buildings. Don't pay for this upgrade. The free breakfast ran out of eggs an hour before it closed and was poorly organized. The overall hotel was nice and our room was well cared for. No shuttle to the airport.

I love staying at this property. Very tropical vibes and mostly clean. I also enjoy their gym. The only downside this stay was that I di not receive room service despite me requesting it.i did loved that they give a credit to spend at the hotel. Would definitely be back!

I didn’t like that the rooms all smelled humid and even worse it smelled like there was mold. Another thing is is a breakfast. The eggs all tasted burned and I had breakfast only once at the hotel, and I threw the food away

The room had a weird musty smell. Beds were clean. I wish the bathroom had a fan. The shower was kind of broken so we had to turn the knob a certain way. The couch in the living part of the studio was not dry and had a smell.

Everything was good. But the breakfasts were monotonous, I would like a little more variety of food. Also, there are only two washing machines and two dryers, and since the humidity in the region is high, there is a need for washing and drying, so it would be good to have at least one more washing machine and dryer.
