The hotel is beautiful and the staff were incredibly attentive and eager to accommodate our needs. The only thing I didn’t care for was the mandatory $45 daily charge. I understand that $40 can be spent at the bar/restaurant and $5 and their little shop, but this wasn’t very clearly spelled out when I booked to it came as an extra $315 surprise expense. Aside from that, my stay at this location was great!

The property is overall nice and pretty clean and we felt safe there. Most of the staff is not very nice or hospitable, there was maybe one or two women who actually greeted us and was very accommodating. Anytime we ordered food before going to the pool they seemed to forget us and had to be reminded 2-3 times. We washed our beach/pool wear and some clothes but the washer and dryer don’t work well. We did about 3 dry cycles but the clothes were still damp. When we brought them back to the room everything smelled like old water. We ended up leaving two blankets we brought because they stunk so bad. Speaking of smell, the room has a very mildewy smell each time you walk in. The hotel was in walking distance to the beach, but each time we went the front was out of beach chairs. My kid loved the kiddie pool. The breakfast that is included is mediocre, you’re better off going out or to the restaurant on site. Uber is readily available for anything not in walking distance. Overall a good stay, but little things kept happening that made us not want to stay here in the future.

A musty smell ever present in the room likely from no ventilation in the bathroom. Calling the front desk was typically to no avail they were short staffed the whole 4 days we were there the phone would ring until it went to the off site reservation line we had to go down a few times and there would be other folks in line waiting to speak to reception who had the same issue when they called. The pools were nice continental breakfast was fine aside from running out of silverware. Expected more from a Marriott

The property was pretty feasible but they did not wait on me and my husband in regards to room service on the third no cleaning no towels or wash cloth up until night season even after I called front text twice and went to front text service there was no explanation why I didn’t get my room clean or clean linens on my 3 day of service

I was very impressed with the hotel property and the suite we were in. We loved having space to eat in our room and a living area to have guests over. The pool was nice and the breakfast being available was a great option. Loved private parking and knowing our rental was secure. We used the chairs and umbrella for a ten min walk to the beach and it was great! Our stay was only about a week but we used the laundry facilities to wash our wet clothes and I loved having that option. Only two complaints make it 4/5 stars. We wanted to use our resort fee credit in the restaurant and twice they did not open in time and made it inconvenient to even eat there. The room was tidy and neat but I might of been a little paranoid when not really getting the clean smell or feel upon entering. It would benefit from a deeper clean so we don’t find random things like hairs or dirty

it was an excellent hotel in a prime location. The rooms were very comfortable with the exception of the musty smell. The room needs to be aired out with some fresh air. The destination fee allows $40 a day for food and drink, $5 in the market, free beach chairs and umbrellas and free bike rental every day of your stay.
