Somos Hotel is located in an amazing location. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The rooms could be more spacious, although it is very comfortable and they offer snacks and water daily.

I had a great stay. It’s very close to the beach, grocery store (Walmart), and drug store; all within walking distance. It’s a short drive to old San Juan and the t mobile district. The place is very nice and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was that the bed was not the most comfortable. The bottom bunk was not fully supported and drooped on the ends and pocked up in the center where the support was. I will note the room is small and there’s no window. I didn’t have a problem with this as I wasn’t in the room much (essentially just to sleep and shower). It was also a bit humid/damp. I would definitely recommend for travelers who are in the go and want to explore the city.

Very small and cramped room. Just a bed and small night table. No room for anything else. Not recommended for couples. It was described as a Hotel but not a hotel feel. Adjoining room door had a very weak looking lock.

It was a weird experience. From finding parking to carrying my 2 bag up 2 flights of stairs (no elevator). Staff were really nice, room was smaller than I thought it would be, my shower water never really got hot, my room was adjoined with another room with a door separating us - which is fine - but at times I could hear my neighbor’s full conversations clearly without trying. The decor is nice and it’s close to a Walmart, a gym, and several restaurants. I think they’re newly opened, so I want to show them grace. I was only there for one night, and that’s as long as I would want to stay there for now.

Loved the area of the property very close to La Placita. Staff was friendly. I had to ask several times for my room to be cleaned after leaving the sign on the door to request cleaning. Front desk told me only one house keeper was available which is very inconvenient.
