Meidän omaisuus on kaunis yksityinen Uusittu huoneisto ESJ Azul kokoelmien rakentamista. Tämä rakennus sijaitsee aivan Isla Verde Beach, vieressä El SAN JUAN RESORT. Meidän parveke ja kaikki kolme makuuhuonetta kuulet valtameren aallot edessä. Asunto suunta on pohjoiseen, joten sinun ei tarvitse länsi suunta, joka voi tehdä kiinteistön erittäin kuuma Puerto Rico iltapäivällä. Rakennus on puoli hotelli ja puolet yksityisiä asunnot. Etuna on, että se on Hotellissa, kuin kaunis uima-allas, kuntosali, concierge, vastaanotto, kahvila, pelihuone, iso baari / viihde alue ja minimarketti. Olemme juuri päättynyt remontin tässä asunnossa, se on nyt hyvin moderni 1600 neliöjalkaa uusien makuuhuonetta, kylpyhuone, keittiö ja olohuone. Uusi Keski / C hiljainen yksikkö. Kaikki keittiökoneet ovat ruostumatonta terästä ja upouusi, kuten vierekkäin jääkaappi jääpalakone, valikoima, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja etupainoisuus pyykinpesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Aulassa ja yhteiset tilat vain tehtiin 12 miljoonan dollarin remontin, kun uusia sijoittajia osti kiinteistön. Suuri uima-allas on ensimmäinen taso, merinäköalalla, ja on baari ja tonnia aurinkotuolit.

The apartment looked just like the photos and included everything we needed for our stay - from pots and pans to beach towels. Jorge and Annie were very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. Enjoying the ocean view from the balcony was the perfect way to start the day. We took an Uber to the Vivo Beach Club one day, which was very nice and not crowded. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable.

Great location, beach chairs, cooler, and towels provided. Steps to the beach. The parking spot in the garage is very convenient to the unit, and pretty view. Older building and unit, could use a deep clean and some furniture replacement/cleaning. Responsive property manager and owner.

This condo is in a great location with direct beach access, which is wonderful. The condo was mostly clean (bed comforters had stains) and the owners are really nice. However, there are two problems. One, the advertised photos of the balcony are inaccurate. The full-size air-conditioning unit sits directly on the balcony, and it is rusty, loud, and releases hot air. When it is running (all the time), it makes the balcony unusable. Additionally, 1/2 of the view from the balcony overlooks the building maintenance parking lot where there are large storage tanks and maintenance trucks parked. I have uploaded photos of what the balcony and area below the balcony actually looks like. Two, the description of the unit says that the HVAC is new. During our stay, the HVAC unit in the hallway leaked puddles of water into the hall and into the middle bedroom multiple times. When I notified the owners, they stated this was a new issue that had never happened before, but also stated that the AC needed to be kept at 71 or water would accumulate on the floor. When I reread the listing for this unit, I found multiple prior reviews with the same HVAC water leak issues. Jorge, the building maintenance man, and a repair man all came to resolve this problem during our stay, and on multiple days, which was appreciated, but why does this keep happening?

Excellent stay loved everything. The place is very secured with access to beach and the casino next door. Very clean, parking next to lobby entrance with easy access to the elevators. My mom was in a wheelchair and we had no problems getting around with her. The view is beautiful worth the price.

The property was conveniently close to SJU airport, but far away that none of the air traffic around the airport was an issue. Check in was smooth and owners were accommodating to a late check out after our flight was moved out. Apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Located at the end of the floor gave it a more private feel. Parking space available in an underground lot kept your car cool and out of the sun. We knew ahead of time the property didn't have a pool available but rental came with passes to the beach club. Beach was easily accessible from building entrance and was not an issue finding a spot to relax in. We would definitely stay here again, property & owners have a well earned rating.Quick tip: Check in first & do a quick inventory before a grocery run.

Absolutely worth it

It was great. We had an issue the bed but the host fixed it. It comes with passes to a pool beach club. I especially loved the view. Great location. They had all the amenities of a hotel. It came with beach towels and chairs even a cooler. Worth it highly recommended

Right on the beach

This location is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the beach. This place is very spacious with lots of room for a large group, it was very nice and clean! Access to Vivo Beach Club was amazing! I definitely would recommend this location and plan on rebooking very soon. Thank you Annie & Val

Beautiful place, great location

The property was very clean and updated. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beach is right outside and was very convenient and fun! We stayed over New Year’s Eve and were there when a blackout occured. We lost power for 24 hrs but Annie (property owner) was quick to reach out to us and check to see we had what we needed. There were lanterns available in the condo and it stayed cool enough overnight to be comfortable. On NYE at 9pm we realized we were locked out (due to a miscommunication amongst ourselves as far as who had the keys), and Annie was quick to respond by dropping off another set of keys within 25 minutes! Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you!
